My straight, white, cis 6’4 brother (who started working maybe 4 years ago and was quickly moved up the ladder) heard I was struggling financially and asked to see my resume and told me he could help me present myself confidently.

He sent me back a 2 page resume redone by chatGPT with lots of hallucinated info.

I have been working for a decade (since I was 15) and have only recently started to not get jobs I interview for.

The difference here is not that I don’t know what I’m doing 🤦🏼

and i know people mean well when they give employment advice but god damn some of them its like "did you try submitting your resume to a place that is hiring" fuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuck no kidding. shit. ive just been printing them out and eating them. yeah thanks i'll try that
