Phase II: Celebrating Black History, Limits There Are None
Athlete: Shanneka C. (Track & Field)
The second phase of the Pushing to the Limit consisted of athletes, both former and active. This is the first phase that some work was pushed out further past February. The questions that were asked of each participant were just as Phase I; “Who is your most inspirational athlete?”, “What does it mean when you are Pushing to the Limit?”. We also asked the athletes to name 2 or 3 significant numbers within their athletic career, and “Why is it important to have a healthy/active lifestyle.” Each athlete delivered a strong action shot, as if they were performing in their respective sport. We introduce “Limits. There Are None.” - a tagline that further exclaims the Pushing to the Limit moniker. The second phase really focused on the “The importance of a healthy and active lifestyle.”
