Dasar orang awam!

Guys, gak lama ini banyak berita heboh tentang presiden BEM UI yang memberikan presiden Jokowi peringatan kartu kuning atas kinerja beliau. Sebenernya telat banget ya aku ngomongin ini sekarang. Tapi gapapa, sebenernya bukan aksi kartu kuning itu yang pengen aku bahas.

Aku, sebagai orang awam, yang emang sadly di otakku setiap harinya cuma dipenuhi sama urusan keluarga dan urusan kantor, sedih sih, mengetahui kenyataan kalau di indonesia itu masih ada lho orang miskin yang buat makan sehari-hari aja mereka kesusahan, bahkan sampai meninggal karena kelaparan.

Iya. Ga semua orang seberuntung kita. Aku, sebagai orang awam, menyayangkan adanya ketimpangan sosial yang begitu tinggi di indonesia. Menyayangkan betapa sulitnya masyarakat dengan ekonomi rendah memperoleh pendidikan layak. Dampak dari semua itu, saya menyayangkan tingginya level kriminalitas di indonesia.

Ya, saya orang awam yang hanya berbicara based on berita. Sadly belum melihat data. Karena memang peluang mempelajari data itu belum sampai ke saya, dan saya juga belum sempat secara aktif mencari peluang itu karena urusan yang saya sebutkan tadi diatas. Yang bisa saya lakukan sekarang hanya; belanja di pasar dengan gak nawar sadis, tidak pakai premium, jajan di warung tetangga, makan di pinggiran. Yah, pokoknya jadi konsumen buat pengusaha2 kecil, dan berusaha untuk tidak mencuri hak mereka.

Jujur, saya sedih, dengan tingkah laku wakil rakyat kita. Sepertinya kok jarang, yang benar2 melakukan tugas mereka. Saya sadar, tugas mereka itu berat. Saya bisa membayangkan. Saya pernah 1 minggu stres karena kerjaan saya, di salah satu kantor cabang distribusi. Saya khawatir konsumen tidak menerima barang yang mereka pesan. Saya khawatir admin dan logistik kerja lembur terlalu larut dan sering. Saya lakukan yang saya bisa agar itu semua tidak terjadi. Saya stres cuma gara2 kerjaan saya yang lingkupnya hanya kota. Kantor cabang distribusi, gak se indonesia. Bisa bayangin dong, kerja sekeras apa para wakil rakyat kita seharusnya? Apakah mereka bisa tidur tenang mengingat rakyatnya masih ada yang kelaparan dan hidup tidak layak? Penasaran gak sih, seberapa matinya hati para wakil rakyat yang masih saja mencuri hak rakyat? :)

Saya kasihan, dengan presiden kita. Bagaimana bisa kontrol indonesia kalau wakil rakyatnya saja jarang yang sepenuh hati berjuang menyejahterakan rakyat. Pasti pak presiden bingung ya, dengan laporan2 dari pejabat2 daerah? :) hehe, orang awam mulai berasumsi.

Terus, pus, kamu jadi orang awam aja gitu selamanya?

Jujur, mimpi saya sih bisa jadi orang yang bermanfaat buat orang lain. Sempat saya mikir, masuk politik aja apa ya? Ah, atau usaha dulu lah jadi pengusaha, buka lapangan pekerjaan, bangun csr yang besar. Yaa, pikiran saya sih kesana. InsyaAllah Aamiin.

23th

Alhamdulillah im 23 yo since Oct 15th 2017.

Actually im not someone who really care about my own birthday. I dont hope anything for my birthday! I just hope for the healthy, happy, and grateful life for myself, my family, and all the people surround me. And i pray for that not only on my birthday.

BUT!

My birthday this year is so different and full of surprise.

I got my first birthday surprise on Oct 15th, sponsored by my lovely partners in work, nurul, meli, teh yuna, and widi! They bought me a chocolate cake, sang me birthday song, and we took photos. Here is one of the photos at Louis Kienne Hotel at Semarang.

The second birthday surprise was on Oct 21th, still sponsored by my lovely partners in work, meli, nurul, anin, istika, azizah, dewi, and puji. I was so happy! I didn't think they would gave me a surprise. We were so tired from work, and decided to come back to hotel. I drove the car, but they said they were hungry and wanted to go to java mall. Because i was too sleepy, i stayed in the car. After they finished, we came back to hotel. We said goodbye in the lift. Me and azizah were in the same room. I took a bath first because i really wanted to get clean and sleep as soon as possible. I went in to bathroom. I opened the bathroom door once to take the carpet out of the bathroom, and heard something fell, i thought that was azizah. I asked her what happened, but she was just quiet. I was nervous, i thought she saw ghost or something 😨 i finished my shower quickly because i was too scared 😧

I went out of the bathroom, couldn't see anything because it was too dark. Aaand suddenly, they came with cake and candles!! That was the time i realized what happened to azizah earlier 😂😂😂 i was laughing hard. The face that azizah made was so nervous and panick 😂 This is one of the photos we took at Star Hotel and Apartment in Semarang.

The third surprise was from my ex room mate, Mba Ning! This was happen today, Oct 26th. We were chatting, then suddenly she said she would send me a pan to my office. I thought, she must be buying too much pan. I know she loves cooking, and she will definetely use her money for that. BUUTT taaaraaaaa~

Audit - Upgraded System?

Hai great people!

Im at Semarang now, on a duty for controlling the implementation of upgraded system in Semarang branch office. As you know (or maybe not), im an internal auditor. Im not alone here, but with some people from other departments.

So so happy to have this opportunity to work with people from other departments, like finance, information system, and even the vendor. They are so clever that giving me more and more knowledges everyday. Furthermore, im really glad that i can contribute in order to make the business process of Semarang branch office more efficient and effective! Here we go, Semarang!

What we did before the upgraded system moment?

We COOK. Yep. We were arranging the workflow. And meeting. And implemant that to system. And meeting. And meeting.

THE FOOD is ready! We should taste it first. Implemant the new system at Semarang office. The taste is not good yet? Add salt. Add sugar. Add garlic. Etc. Thaaats what we are doing now. Eventhough everthing is so complex, im just glad to have this great opportunity.

So many new things i've ever done as an internal auditor. This is one of them. Next time I'll tell you more.
