When is the story expected to be done fully?

This is going to be the full timeline that will be updated whenever a chapter is finished with the date when the chapter was finished. This is also going to include the character sheets as well.

As much of a creator and a fellow blogger on Tumblr, I’d prefer all fans and viewers of the blog please follow the rules of the app/website without an issue.

2. All things that are mentioned in the comics are intended for 16+ audiences.

Topics like Committing “Not-Alive”, death, blackmail, mention of loss, trauma, PTSD, etc. Will all be mentioned within the comics just like the original.

The rule is regarding the work of TheGreatRouge and the original comic that's owned by them. As much as I love the comic it should be well-known (since it's mentioned within the bio of the blog) that I am not a supporter of TheGreatRouge and that they’ve done. I like reading the BnB:QFTIM comics and personally hope that it continues to know how the original story ends.

Any issues with this can leave without a word. I will not tolerate anyone that’s hating on the reboot just because it’s inspired off the original. I’m putting a ton of time and effort into this and want it to be considered its own thing.

The Prologue: how it all started…

Years ago, back when ToonTown was first discovered, a horrible disease known as the Ink Illness started to circle the earth, killing off 50-100 people of the population each year. This illness caused many to worry and isolate the sick killing them off almost immediately to try to stop it only making the effect of the illness worse. The years passed and there wasn't a known cure to stop the plague of the disease from spreading as the people panicked about the end nearing so soon. Suddenly, a brave soul, a mechanic, arose from the darkness from hiding and created the cure. A piece of machinery, the ink machine. The illness was gone within a week of the disease spreading around and the people of the earth were relieved that they didn't have to worry about the illness spreading any longer. Decades turned to centuries as the years passed and the machine was no longer needed since the plague of the disease was no longer a threat, now only a page within history.

But that didn't last long.

As if the Illness knew its priority to strike in the dead of night. It started with one, then two, then before it was the morning 30 people were infected by the disease. Nobody knew why the illness sprung back to life, only that history was going to repeat itself, but possibly become worse. “Why is this happening?”... “What are we going to do?”, the townspeople asked in horror wondering why the illness was back so soon erupting chaos around the town.

But it wasn't only why, but who brought it back.

Within a very popular Casino known as the Holy & Hellish Casino two brothers at the ages of 18 and 14 walked into the casino the older one, being the curious one he was started to play gambling games that would’ve caused an early unhealthy addiction. Within the hour of them being there, they were gaining a crowd of the older one’s luck catching the attention of the manager and the owner of the casino, King Dice and the Devil himself.

“Well it seems like we have a young superstar in our hands dont we Mr. Devil” King Dice said with a hint of mockery in his tone as the brothers peaked over. The devil himself smirked and sat on the other end of the table before looking at the two holding out the dice. “How's this if you win you can get the riches that you may desire. Fail, and your souls are mine, and death awaits you.” his voice boomed throughout the casino gamblers, demons and even the angles of the time stared in disbelief at the offer being handed to them. The older one, blinded by the thought of riches being given to them at hand snagged the dice taking the chance as his brother pleaded to him not to. “Snake eyes. You lose, and your souls belong to me now.” The devil exclaimed with a snarky tone in his voice before the brothers went on their knees begging for a different option.

“Please, sir! Allow us to live with a different option!” the younger one wept his pleads causing the devil to stop and think about the offer before concluding. The two looked up listening to the offer given; Either their lives or the lives of others by death of the ink illness returning. The two brothers looked at each other and solemnly agreed for the ink illness return in replacement of their lives. The devil smirked thinking of the chaos that would arise from the illness coming back and agreed. However, due to the devil's power limiting it to 50 people a year, he settled for 50 people infected by the illness with only 5 dying from it each year.

He let the boys go with their souls and started to spread the illness watching the chaos spread like wildfires in the forest nearby. Everyone had hoped for the ink machine to be able to cure the illness but with the machine being untouched for centuries it needed to be fixed with new and more modern parts. With that being the revelation the people started to lose hope as many started to die from the illness taking its toll.

The illness only progressed and worsened from killing 5 to 10. And from 10 to 20... Everyone losing their minds with panic and worry about the illness being a sign that the end is near. Eventually, two brothers named Bendy and Boris, mechanics who were minding their own business knew how to amend the machine. But without the special parts being impossible to find during the time, they didn't know how to start.

Bendy being the older adoptive brother of the young and sweet Boris gave up never figuring out how to repair the machine and ignored it… Only to receive the illness the following year. Thankfully the illness wasn't contagious, so Bendy couldn't pass it to his brother, who was and still is his only family. Without their parents in the picture after passing, Boris cried each day out of the fear of losing the only family he had left. His cries grew louder each day with the pain only getting worse for bendy in the process before the cries brought an angel to them with a special map only they could see.

The map showed where the parts were and with the parts, the paths that must be taken to reach each one. “The journey will take a long time to complete. But the illness will continue until it's put to an end by someone brave. I wish you luck on your journey young one.. And with my blessing, you will be safe.” The angel whispered before they disappeared with the map lying in Boris’s arms.

Boris, determined to save his brother and everyone with the map in his hands, told his brother to stay put while he went out to search for the pieces. Bendy looked at his brother like he was his parent and refused to let his brother go alone. Yes, bendy was going to drop dead at any moment, but he would rather be close to his brother without the worry of him being on his own out in the world and resting at home.

From that day on, the two brothers roamed the earth looking for the pieces hoping to find them soon. Each day they searched for the pieces while Bendy’s condition became worse but never deadly. Bendy being the older brother that he is, tried to help Boris learn to take care of himself more and more each day, incase the worst happened and Bendy didn't make it. When the devil heard of this, he wasn't happy. Even though he couldn't do anything about it, he knew two people that could.

The devil requested the two idiots be brought back to him and the devils within the casino didn't hesitate to follow commands when King Dice gave the orders directed by the devil himself. The brothers brought in with panic on their faces looked at the devil in fear and worry before he spoke, “There are two Toons on a journey to find pieces of the broken-down ink machine, and you both are going to stop them. Remember I still own your souls.” The older one spoke with confidence but fear hiding in his tone calling his bluff and the devil faltered. Just by the expression the two boys knew he was lying. But the devil recomposed himself and looked to them with a sly grin on his face.

The brothers were worried that they were done before a dupe of a soul contract with the name of the one that raised them popped into thin air. Their eyes widened and they begged for him not to kill the only family they had agreeing to the task at bay. With that, the two brothers packed their things and went off to the new quest they were given before their fates were sealed, unsure of the path opened to them.
