My embroidery piece I did for @sendarya’s Good Omens Got True Talent show!

This was hand embroidered on linen cloth. The background is watercolor. The frame I found at FiveBelow.

Image reference I screenshot from the show. (I had to flip the image on the bottom so Crowley and Aziraphale would mirror the top). I drew my design on water soluble stabilizer before embroidering.

I originally wanted to embroider the whole piece, background and all! But I came to find I didn’t have enough time and inexperienced.

What a crazy start to the year. I can’t tell you how bad I struggled to do anything! And I’m still kind of struggling.

This is my first completed piece for 2025!! I had no idea where I was going with this. I have a lot of people to thank with critiques/suggestions over on Sendarya’s discord and through GOAD Reddit chat. I appreciate it all!

I’m working on some projects behind the scenes when I’m able. Sadly, the biggest project I’m tackling, I won’t be able to share until later this year. I hope it’ll turn out though fingers crossed 🤞🏼

This year I was able to participate in a Bluey Fanzine. My piece is based off my son. Last year him and his friends would run around a tree after school.

Make your own:

I used this ornament from hallmark. Paint over the planter with black paint (I used acrylic paint). You’ll most likely have to do a couple coats. Once dry, use a fine point paint marker to write your text.

You may need a coat of modge podge so your paint won’t scratch off.

And VaVoom! Your very own Good Omens ornament!
