Rebranding this blog

Oh wow, hello there! It's been so long since I last updated this AU- and for a good reason

You see, in the peak of my JSaB obsession I was just making things left and right without any rhyme or reason, mostly to stay relevant and all, but not doing much more with them than just- existing basically

This was one of those ideas that I started, but never knew what I wanted to do with it and as such, I canned it... Don't get me wrong, I though some things for it, but it's been so long that I hardly remember any of them and would rather move on from them

That's not saying I don't care about the AU any longer, but I just don't have anything to contibute to it. That said, I will not delete the blog or old posts, but instead will rebrand this blog to be for the Tron AU!

Not only because I've been thinking too much about it- but because it also serves on the main story and is interconnected with it as a chapter of The Star Trackers will be set fully in it

That said, the Tron AU is also very crossover-y, mostly with some of my Evangelion characters, so be aware if you're just here for the JSaB stuffs-

That said, take this post as a breaking point between the old and new, and I hope you stay to see the re-workings I'll do here!

Cyber-Paradise, a broken world...

Welcome to Cyber-Paradise!

In a remote land, a scientist tried to develop robots who would help fellow shapes, humans and creatures as for now, unluckly for him he didn´t realized the gravity of his actions and the experiment was a complete failure; resulting in a war that lasted centuries until most of the robots were destroyed, leaving the once peaceful and beautiful land now a wasteland where everyone tries to not get killed.

Now, some of them still prevail amongst others, now fused with organic lifeforms mostly to become stronger, living hidden in the shadows and causing chaos whenever they get a chance.

Luckly or unluckly for us, a scientist has created multiple cyborgs to end them all, some of them rebelled against him, others still follow him; but what matters is that they all have an objective in common:

Destroy whoever comes across their paths to destroy Paradise

Altough it´s true that most of the cyborgs are rebels, they´re not entirely bad thanks to their shape companions who´ve helped them grow and understand about the world.

And while yes, there are many beings here in Paradise and most of them don´t try to do anything useful or hide away in fear of what future decides for them, there are a select few who are indeed here to help us.

Meet our characters!:

Blixer and Wave:

Being the best and oldest one alive since the war, Blixer has some experience with other robots and fighting techniques, he´ll never back down until whoever confronted him pays for what he has done. Wave on the other side is a recollector, who helped him while he got destroyed in a fight he couldn´t win, she helped him get back on his feet and explained to him the basics of how everything worked now after the war. They always try to help eachother´s butt, but it´s obvious Blixer does most of the job of killing off other robots due to him being more capacitated, and Wave just collects the valuable parts to use them afterwards.

Dr Cube and The Mechas:

The scientist responsible for creating the cyborgs, he promised he would keep Paradise safe and blames his creations for creating the chaos that followed afterwards. And feeling dissapointed on them created four individual robots who are sent to take them all down one by one. They are under his strict command and none of them obey other´s orders unless he tells them to, each one capacitated with their own unique weapon; Lazer Dash, Ultra-Speed, Proton Cannons and Sound Weapons. Truly, machines ready to fight.

Venn and Lycan:

Two weird beings to say the least, each one different on their own, while one is agressive and mostly takes up on figths to get a reward the other one tries to take things in a pacific matter. The only thing they have in common is to stand their ground if things get too ugly for their liking, and try to keep eachothers´ butt safe. Both are recollectors too, and had formed a temporay ally with Wave and Blixer, but it went down after they stole from them, which ended in a half-cut face for Venn and an eye gone for Lycan.

Wheatly, Heli and The Captain:

An errant group who travels the land in search for work to do and robots to kill, Captain does the killing spree with his known and feared as Wheatly takes off all the important pieces she can, and sells them with Heli in the black marketor simply give them to Cube  for him to make some use of them however he can. They try to live their lives as a normal family, but clearly can´t after getting in trouble multiple times by the dangerous work they´re doing. Much to their dismay, they always need to keep moving and act on the night for fear of being discovered.

The Sisters and Caravanna:

That hellspawn of two heads is the responsible for all of this, from creating the robots with her fellow (now deceased) scientist friend, who they were engaged with, to all the suffering and destruction caused to paradise. They even got to implant part of their poor and guilty soulmate into that robot he had been working on a while, and just take it up on themselves to manipullate him both physically and emotionally to the point of making him a puppet, as well as breaking his ego and face in the process. As the poor soul tries to unsuccesfuly get away from them, all ending in failed attemps that lead nowhere.

S33R-8900:

Who is he? Where did he come from? And, what does he want? Nobody knows... He just came in one day and decided to fight against anyone that tried to stop his tracks. Lets just hope he isn´t as bad as the others...
