Some people joke about "Twink Death Asriel" but I can totally see that being his ideal body weight in the DT timeline.
Keep in mind, our only frame of reference of him as an adult was his god form in UT (AKA the form he imagined himself to be).
It's very possible that he put on several pounds when he got older.
I mean take a look at his parents. They aren't thin themselves either.
