Fanart for Hikaru Ga Shinda Natsu. I've been a fan of this horror manga since it was just a few chapters out, and I'm so glad it got such an amazing anime adaptation! Anyone else watching/reading this series? I can't wait for the new episode tomorrow ahahaha

I am neck (haha) deep into this manga/anime. Hikaru Ga Shinda Natsu (The Summer Hikaru Died) is such a poignant exploration of what makes humanity lovely and terrible by juxtaposing an actual eldritch horror next to the everyday horrors of human hate.
