The Makeup Breakdown #1: 3CE Velvet Lip Tint vs Happy Skin Lip Mallow Mousse
Greetings and welcome to a new segment here on Ramble & Babble which Iâd like to call âThe Makeup Breakdownâ. To inform you on what this segment is about, I will be comparing two products of the same category with similar formulas, breaking down the pros and cons of each product, and determining which product would be most suitable for you, depending on a list of factors below.
A quick disclaimer before I begin: This is not a battle between two products. Just because one product has more pros, less cons, or vice versa, it doesnât mean that I am claiming that this product is the better product between the two. This segment is meant to determine the similarities and differences in formulas of both products. I will be listing down their characteristics for comparison. Ultimately, it is up to you to decide which product would suit your preferences the most.
Today, we will be comparing two liquid lip products:
3CE Velvet Lip Tint

Happy Skin Lip Mallow Mousse

During this segment, we will be comparing the formulas and the shade ranges of the products below. This is not meant to be a post about dupes.

Scent
Upon first opening the product, you can immediately take note of the synthetic vanilla scent of the 3CE Velvet Lip Tint. It is quite prominent and can be smelled upon application on the lips. As for the HS Lip Mallow Mousse, the scent is subtler compared to 3CEâs. Noted synthetic coffee scent when smelled. Unnoticeable when applied on the lips.
Packaging
Both 3CE and HS packaged their products using a minimalist, chic and efficient approach by including the color of the shade on the packaging itself. 3CEâs doe-foot applicator is moderately sized with a pointed tip for precision, and each item contains 4ml worth of product. Meanwhile, the applicator of the Lip Mallow Mousse is smaller with a less pointed tip. Each item contains 3ml worth of product. Both containers are light, thin and easy to travel with.
Texture
The 3CE Velvet Lip Tint is creamier in texture. With the arm swatch, it is smooth and glides along easily, but feels quite too silicone-y. On the other hand, the HS Lip Mallow has a whip-like mousse texture that when gliding upon the arm, feels less silicone-y, but not so drying or patchy because of the coffee arabica oil that gives a smooth consistency to the product as well.
Finish
3CE: The 3CE Velvet Lip Tint leaves a blurry matte finish on the lips. Needs a few minutes for it to completely set, but if you want to achieve that blurry finish, best to blot any excess product off. Product settles well on the lips. May sometimes cling onto dry patches of the lips.
HS: Happy Skinâs Lip Mallow Mousse leaves a satin-matte finish. Has more sheen to it compared to 3CEâs when diffused on the lips because of the coffee arabica oil. Settles well on the lips and does not cling onto the dry patches of my lips.
Comfort
3CE: Weightless upon applying one layer worth of product. After 3 layers, you could feel the product weighing down on the lips and feel something slick that when you pucker a few more times, youâd feel something stringy as well. Not a concern when blotted properly. Could feel heavy and drying throughout the day.
HS: Weightless even after applying more than 2 layers of product. No stringy sensations noted when puckering despite increased layers. Very moisturizing upon application, less drying compared to 3CE throughout the day.

Longevity
Upon blotting, the tissue appears to have removed more product of my 3CE swatch than the HS swatch, but both retain the same pigmentation regardless. When wiping it off further with a tissue paper, both swatches seem to leave a stain, still very pigmented. The Lip Mallow stain seems to have retained more of its pigment than that of the Velvet Lip Tint, despite being a nude shade as compared to the very pigmented red of the Velvet Lip Tint.

Pigmentation
As seen in the swatches above, both products are very pigmented upon the first swipe, and are opaque when swatched in equal amounts on the arm.
Price per ml
3CE: Php 950.00 for 4 ml of product = Php 237.00 per 1 ml of product
HS: Php 550.00 for 3 ml of product = Php 183.00 per 1 ml of product
Shade Range
3CE's Velvet Lip Tint boasts more than 20 shades for people to choose from, ranging from bright colors to MLBB shades. Happy Skin's Lip Mallow Mousse was released in 2019, and currently holds 14 shades. Most shades are leaning towards the MLBB aesthetic, targeting everyday use for the Filipino market.
Overall Performance
Both 3CE and HS have stuck to their claims of creating velvet lip products that are lightweight, pigmented, and that gracefully fades throughout the day without the need for constant reapplication. The only difference is that 3CE applies more like a liquid lipstick while HS' formula has a mousse consistency. Having been at the scene for a while now, 3CE has a more expanded shade range as compared to HS, but the latter seems to cater more towards the natural, toned down, fresh look that most Filipinos would go to for everyday makeup wear. HS also offers that additional moisturizing effect that lasts for a long time on the lips. Need I say more? Both in general are amazing Asian lip products. đ

Mallow Mania: A Review of the Happy Skin Lip Mallow Mousse #3
I gotta be honest with you: when the Lip Mallow Mousse first came out, I wasnât as hyped as the others were. Upon first swatching them at the mall, I came to the conclusion that they were local versions of the 3CE Velvet Lip Tints in terms of formula and colors, and while the colors of the initial release were flattering on most Filipina skin tones, it wasnât enough to convince me to actually buy one, especially at the price of Php 549.00.
So what convinced me to buy this time around?
Happy Skin released the Coffee Edition of the HS Lip Mallow Mousse, which were mostly nude / mlbb colors. When I watched the swatch video of these babies on Johnreyslife, the colors blew me away. And although I told myself I wasnât gonna buy them, when the opportunity arose one day, I decided to try the Lip Mallow Mousse for myself and ask, âIs Mallow Mania a real thing?â
Today, weâll find out.

Today, we will be reviewing the Happy Skin Lip Mallow Mousse in the shade, Iced Coffee.
According to the Happy Skin Website, the Lip Mallow Mousse claims to have âA velvety air-whipped formula that wraps the lips in a weightless cloud of smooth color with a cushion-soft powder matte finish.â
The Lip Mallow Mousse included ingredients such as:
Marshmallow Extract, for anti-inflammation;
Coffee Arabica Seed Oil, for added moisture on the lips and;
SPF 15, for protection from sun damage.
SHADE COMPARISON

As described by Happy Skin, the Lip Mallow in the shade, âIced Coffeeâ, is a pink brown shade: its overall color is brown, but it has hints of pink to add a more youthful appearance overall.
Happy Skin Cooling Lip & Cheek Tint in Latte Fix: Comparing Iced Coffee to Latte Fix, both lip colors are quite similar - the main color was brown, however the difference lies with the undertones. Latte Fix is described as a ginger nude, and is leaning towards orange undertones as compared to Iced Coffee, which has pinkish undertones.
BLK Cosmetics Creamy All Over Paint in Daffodil: These two shades are awfully similar. I think they come from the same spectrum, except that Daffodil was leaning more towards the pink spectrum while Iced Coffee was more in the brown spectrum. A preferred alternative if you find browns intimidating or unflattering, and prefer a more pinkish color on the lips but with brown undertones.
Colourette Colourtint in Liv: Liv is a straight up mauve-rose pink, and offers little to no brown tones as compared to Iced Coffee. Most easily smudged and removed together with Latte Fix.
PRODUCT REVIEW

Upon opening the item, I immediately noticed the small doe-foot applicator. Itâs pretty sturdy, and the small doe-foot gives you the freedom to fill in your lips in a more precise manner as compared to a big doe-foot applicator.
Upon application on the lips, the lip mallow mousse felt like a light blanket on the lips. First layer application provides that weightless feeling as claimed by HS. It still feels pretty much lightweight when you add two to three more layers, but not to the point of your conventional lipstick formulas where you could feel the layers atop your skin. This... really feels like youâre wearing nothing at all. Itâs pretty opaque upon first swipe, but if you want to further saturate the color and bring out the brown hues, I suggest going for a second or third layer.
The formula is close to a mousse texture rather than a liquid lipstick, and it does leave a stain when you wipe the product off with makeup wipes. However, the stain power here varies, given that the shade Iâm using is a nude shade, as compared to the more pigmented shades offered by HS. Iâm emphasizing the fact that it is a mousse formula because Iâve encountered liquid lipsticks claiming to be tints (Hi 3CE Velvet Lip Tint), and liquid tints claiming to be liquid lipsticks (Hi Lâoreal Rouge Signature Lipstick). If youâre not a fan of the 3CE Velvet Lip Tints because they can feel heavy on the lips after 2-3 applications (because they are, in fact, liquid lipsticks), I suggest you try the HS Lip Mallow Mousse, which is quite similar in formula, except that itâs more lightweight than the 3CE Velvet Lip Tint.
Another thing thatâs different about the Lip Mallow Mousse when compared to 3CEâs Velvet Lip Tint was the added moisture to the lips. I definitely felt the coffee arabica seed oil on my lips, and truly enough, it did retain some moisture on my lips. I still needed to apply lip balm prior to use on some days, but there are days when I can manage without the lip balm and my lips would still feel moisturized with just the Lip Mallow Mousse.
Because of the presence of coffee arabica seed oil in the product, there was this sheen to it when swiped. It dries down to a satin-matte finish, and has a slight blurring effect on the lips. The overall effect of it resembles that of a liquid lipstick, but the texture and consistency is mousse all the way.
And because I am a multi-use maniac, I had to try it out on the eyes and cheeks.

Products Used: Happy Skin Lip Mallow Mousse in the shade, Iced Coffee, on the eyes, cheeks and lips | Maybelline Lash Sensational Mascara on the eyes
I followed the application technique as demonstrated by Johnreyslife in her video, where she applied it at the back of her hand and patted her finger onto the product, dispersing it before putting it on the cheeks and eyes, instead of applying the product straight to the cheeks. The Lip Mallow Mousse provided me this light wash of color on the cheeks, and gave the impression of healthy and glowing skin. The finish was matte, but it didnât cling onto any dry patches on my face. And despite having it on for more than 8 hours, the pigment was very much still there, especially in the eyes. The next day, however, is a different issue. I had one tiny breakout on my cheek around the same area where I had applied the Lip Mallow Mousse. This seems to be an inconsistent occurrence though, as I had tried applying the Lip Mallow Mousse on my cheeks on different occasions and did not break out every time, so up to you if youâd want to use it on the cheeks. Itâs supposed to have anti-inflammatory skin benefits anyway, but Iâm not sure if my skin reacted that way because of the ingredients or the pigment present.
When puckering up, the Lip Mallow Mousse does not clump and sets well on the lips. The staying power is alright. It fades gracefully throughout the day. I wouldnât say it lasts as long as the Lâoreal Rouge Signature Lipstick or the Maybelline Superstay Liquid Lipstick, but for the amount of comfort and the effort theyâve put on to create shades with beautiful undertones that would cater to the local market, I think the HS Lip Mallow Mousse is a product that is worth the splurge in its own right.
RECOMMENDATIONS
Well...not really much of a recommendation, but more of a preference: I wish there was more product in it for Php 549.00. Thatâs it. XD I have no complaints about the formula whatsoever.
RATING
Packaging: 5/5 (very chic and appealing)
Pigmentation:Â 4.5/5
Formula:Â 5/5
Longevity: 4.5/5
Skin Comfort: 5/5 (I considered the tiny breakout on my cheek, but then again, this is a lip product after all. Itâs not meant for the cheeks, so Iâm only evaluating this area based on comfort on the lips.)
Price: 4.5/5
SUMMARY
The Happy Skin Lip Mallow Mousse truly lives up to its name and its claims. Weightless, non-drying (75% of the time), with a satin-matte finish to it, the lip mallow mousse is an impressive product in terms of shades and undertones, and making sure it stays comfortable and moisturizing on the lips as the day goes by. I feel like with such a product, so much time, effort and research has been put into this to ensure its quality, and it truly is a great product to have in your makeup collection. For Php 549.00 and 3ml worth of product, I understand that the price is quite hefty for a lipstick made locally, but you get what you paid for in terms of formula and shade. I donât think Iâd mind if they increased the price so long as they added more product because I see myself using this everyday for the next few months, and it feels like itâs gonna run out soon. XD Would I repurchase this? Absolutely, but not until I run out of my current purchase. It is expensive, after all, so I need to save up.
So is mallow mania a real thing? Mallow mania is a real thing. Go get your own lip mallow and experience it for yourself.

Fresh Morning Dew or Donât? A Review of Happy Skin Dew Cooling Lip & Cheek Tint #2
Welcome, ladies and gentlemen! Itâs your resident liquid / cream blush whore, bringing you reviews on, well, liquid / cream blushes. What else would this blog be about? Tints, you say? Why yes! Tints are also included. Theyâre multi-purpose as well, perfect for makeup enthusiasts who like to get the most out of their buck.
New followers of the blog, welcome â„ Thank you so much.
Today, we will be reviewing this:

What is it? Itâs the Happy Skin Dew Cooling Lip and Cheek Tint
What are its claims? According to Happy Skinâs website, âThe Fresh Morning Dew Cooling Lip & Cheek Tint is both hydrating and cooling, making it the most refreshing lip tint! The milky soft texture provides smooth, high coverage color that cools into a long-lasting stain. Lightweight yet vibrant, this no-mess lip tint delivers intense but natural color while helping maintain moisturized lips all day.â It has 3ml of product, and can be applied on the cheek and lips.
They also claimed that the tint is infused with Hyaluronic Acid, which makes the skin and lips moisturized, and natural mint for soothing the skin. Paraben-free. Vegan and cruelty free.
This tint has a lot to live up to, especially for dry lipped girls like yours truly.
I purchased this lip and cheek tint because I was curious with the formula and plus, the colors of this collection intrigued me. Rarely do I encounter lip and cheek tints that provide nude, brown colors, and these are the types of tints / blushes that I live for. I originally wanted to purchase their Color Play Multi-Use Mousse in the shade Dawn because of the color, but granted that I already know how the formula is and I still have a lot of Peach Bum remaining, I figured I might try something new. Hence, I purchased this in the shade, Latte Fix.
This shade, upon first swatching, reminded me of Happy Skinâs Color Play Multi-Use Mousse in the shade, Peach Bum, and for a moment, I thought I had made a mistake. BUT when applied on the lips, it appeared more like a brown than an orange shade, so imagine my relief, because I prefer browns and I LOATHE ORANGE BLUSHES. Itâs just a personal preference, but yes, youâll never see me review any orange blushes here. Happy Skinâs Color Play Multi-Use Mousse in the shade, Peach Bum is an exception.
Latte Fix is described as a ginger nude, so imagine nude brown orange. Upon application on the lips, the brown stood out, but as it faded, the stain left it as a muted orange, which, initially, I minded a lot, but the brown was the more dominant color regardless of how many ways I applied it, so I ended up being okay with the shade.
SHADE COMPARISON

Happy Skin Color Play in Peach Bum: An orange shade with pink & brown undertones. When saturated, is more orange than Latte Fix, but when blended and with little product used, produces an orange-brown-pink shade. Has notes of pink compared to Latte Fix, which was more of a brown with muted orange tones. Stays the longest and most pigmented among the three.Â
Sunnies Face Airblush in Biscuit: A warm toned brown, browner than Latte Fix. May have hints of orange as well, but not as much as Latte Fix. Least pigmented of the three despite swatching so much product on my arm. Okay staying power, stays longer than Latte Fix.
PRODUCT REVIEW
Letâs review the product based from the claims that Happy Skin listed down on their website.
This tint is hydrating and cooling! - Why, yes it is. This is what actually surprised me about this tint, because most tints that I have tried before have dried my lips out one way or another. I wasnât expecting the moisturizing effects this had on my lips, and how I didnât feel the need to apply a lip balm often while the product was still on. The product does cling onto the dry patches of my lips, and stains more so in those areas, so I suggest exfoliating your lips prior to use for best results.
This tint has a milky soft texture - True to its description, the formula reminded me of Periperaâs Water Gel tint, which also has a similar gel like consistency, except that Happy Skinâs Dew Cooling Lip and Cheek tint was creamier in a way compared to Peripera, which was more of a soft gel-watered down consistency. The way they apply on the cheeks is pretty similar. As for lip application, this tint is more moisturizing than Periperaâs, which is a plus for me. The tint is easy to blend, and the soothing sensation felt when blending it on my face felt really good and refreshing. The downside, I must say though, is that application felt tacky and it took a few minutes for the product to set, probably because of the hyaluronic acid in it, which is also tacky for a few minutes before setting. The tint feels light on the skin, but if you apply it on top of concealer or powder, you could feel both products on the skin, along with minimal tackiness too. Based from experience for products with hyaluronic acid, once I started sweating, the tackiness returns. I havenât tried sweating while wearing this tint, but hereâs a heads up just in case. I donât see it clinging onto the dry patches of my skin either. The product did not break me out after a few days of use.

Products Used: Happy Skin Dew Cooling Lip and Cheek Tint in the shade, Latte Fix
The product left a brown stain that melded into the skin, giving you this natural dewy glow that you wished you were blessed with by the gods. It goes well on the eyes, but fair warning: the product has mint extracts and peppermint oil, so thread carefully, lest you intend to burn your eyes with this product. Thereâs a reason why they endorsed this as a lip and cheek product only, but I like to defy convention for the sake of getting my moneyâs worth. Plus, it looks nice.
This tint provides smooth, high coverage color that cools into a long-lasting stain - It is smooth yet tacky upon application. Pigmentation is alright. I wouldnât say high coverage because the formula isnât packed with purely pigment, but I prefer it that way because it makes it easier to apply and blend. User-friendly, if you will. It does leave a nice stain that remains on the face for a while, but given how it was easily removed with makeup wipes, I can only assume that it would last at most 8 hours on the eyes and cheeks with commute during a hot, sweaty day (I canât really test that because itâs the rainy season now in the Philippines and weâre still under quarantine). As for the lips, although the product transfers and comes off easily, it does leave a stain. However, because this is a nude color, the pigment doesnât last long and the stain fades away easily. This might be a different case for a darker shade (like Sunrise, which is a burnt peach color).
This tint is a lightweight, no mess (tint), (that provides an) intense but natural color - True (they didnât claim it to be weightless, after all), true, true. Because itâs so easy to blend, you canât really make a mess out of it. Plus, the applicator is small and thin, so you can get more controlled applications. Reduces mess. (A possible issue though is that the applicator is bendable, which makes it easier to break.) Color is natural and not as intense as your Colourette Colourtints (which are, pure pigment powders in oil and beeswax, hence the pigmentation), but I like it that way because then you could build it up as much as youâd like.
This tint helps maintain moisturized lips all day - This is where I have to disagree with you, Happy Skin. YMMV, I know. Maybe it applies for the general public. But being the girl with them dry lips, this product does not help maintain moisturized lips all day. It is moisturizing only for 1-2 hours before the product is wiped off my lips for some reason (be it food, kissing, saliva), but after that, I would need to reapply to get the moisturizing effect once more.
And hereâs another thing that I noticed with the tint on my lips. If youâre like me who puckers her lips a lot, you might notice the product clumping when you do so. Even with some minimal puckering.

I donât know if you could notice that small clump on my bottom lip, a bit off center, but itâs there. I tried this with other lip tints to see if the product would clump up if I pucker up a lot, but the clumping didnât happen when I applied my Peripera Water Gel tint. As for my Colourette Colourtint, there were some clumps, but it was barely noticeable. But if you apply too much of this product on your lips, expect some clumps to form when you pucker your lips a lot. To minimize the clumping effects, I suggest you apply a thin layer of product and let it set for a while. Oh, and prevent puckering your lips, if thatâs possible.
RECOMMENDATIONS
Modify the formula to minimize this clumping effect on the lips, and minimize the formulaâs initial tackiness felt upon application on the face
A less mobile, more stable applicator - for users who may not have good hand control, a bendy applicator allows for easy breakage when manipulating it. Even I am cautious when handling it, as I mishandle makeup at times. But the size is good.
Lengthen the moisturizing effect on the lips for more than 1-2 hours? And leave the lips moisturized after the product has faded from the lips. Fenty Beautyâs Gloss Bomb leaves my lips moisturized even after the product has faded on my lips. That kind of effect, if possible.
RATING
Packaging: 4/5 (the mobile applicator has that risk of breaking off easily if you mishandle it by accident; the frosted glass packaging is a win for me, however)
Pigmentation:Â 4/5
Formula: 4/5 (If it werenât for the initial tackiness on the skin and on top of makeup, this wouldâve been a 5)
Longevity: 3.5/5
Skin Comfort: 4/5
Price: 4/5
SUMMARY
Overall, the Happy Skin Dew Cooling Lip and Cheek Tint provides the effect of naturally flushing skin, something that a liquid / cream blush / tint is supposed to give you. Albeit tacky during application, it is easy to blend to the skin, giving you this dewiness that is best suited on bare skin. The color choices scream summer vibes, and are suitable for mestizas and morenas. While it may produce clumps on the lips, it is moisturizing, albeit for a good 1-2 hours in my case, and does not cling onto the dry patches of my skin. Iâd recommend it to people who like brown shades of blushes, but not so much because of the formula itself, as mentioned in detail above. For the price of PhP 399.00, would I say this is worth it? Yes, with reservations.
Happy Skin prides itself in infusing skincare ingredients in its products, and while I do appreciate the lengths they went through for providing unconventional nude shades in tints and the moisturizing effects it had on my lips, the Cooling Lip & Cheek Tint is not something that I would repurchase again, unless some modifications are done. I think it is priced appropriately, given the skincare ingredients it is infused with and the unique shades, but I dislike the tackiness upon first application, the clumps formed on my lips whenever Iâd pucker up, and how it leaves my lips dry upon removing the product despite its claims to maintain moisture all day. It took a few days for the product to grow on me, and while I am pleased with how it looks on my skin, I would say that the formula is a mere step up from your conventional lip and cheek tints, but not mind blowing or spectacular.
I really wanted to love this product a lot like how I love, love, love the Color Play Multi-Use Mousse, but I canât. If some modifications were to be made, I would love to try it out again and give my thoughts, hopefully more favorable ones.

Painting the Town: A Review of BLK Cosmetics Creamy All-Over Paint #1
Today, we will be reviewing the Creamy All-Over Paint of BLK Cosmetics.

As a liquid / cream blush whore, I've come across these all over paints on my newsfeed on Facebook. However, I was never particularly drawn to the shades, as a lot of them were either too pink or too bright for my liking. I was drawn more to neutral browns or brick rose shades that add a hint of life back to my blank canvas of a face. Hence, I've ignored this wonderful product...until today.
I decided to purchase this after they released their Fresh collection. However, I did not purchase any of the shades from the Fresh collection. In fact, I purchased the shade, Daffodil from their K-Beauty collection.
I would describe Daffodil as a shade of pink with brown undertones. Upon first swatch, the pink stands out. But when you blend it, you could see the brown tones peeking through, giving a pinkish nude vibe that is almost reminiscent to Glossier's Cloud Paint in the shade, Dusk. Of course, Dusk would be leaning towards the brown side of the spectrum.
SHADE COMPARISON

3CE Take a Layer Multipot in Cabbage Rose: almost similar in shade, except Daffodil has more brown tones that neutralizes the color as compared to the brightness of Cabbage Rose. Color saturation is as is even with a few swipes as compared to the single swipe of Daffodil. When blended, however, remains the same color as compared to Daffodil, which changes into a more nude-ish shade.
Sunnies Face Airblush in Biscuit: A warm toned brown with no hint of pink. Swatched side by side to determine brown tones. Pigmentation is lacking as compared to the all over paint. Easiest to slip off after wiping with makeup wipes.
Happy Skin Color Play in Peach Bum: An orange shade with pink & brown undertones. When saturated, is more orange than Daffodil, but when blended and with little product used, produces a similar neutral-pink shade. More pinkish when blended as compared to Daffodil, which becomes more of a neutral brown when blended. The most difficult to erase with makeup wipes.
CLAIMS
According to BLK's website, the Creamy All Over Paint claims that "The light, silky texture melts on skin flawlessly, delivering a soft veil of color with a healthy, second-skin finish". It has 5ml of product and can be applied on the eyes, cheeks and lips.
PRODUCT REVIEW
In reality, I couldn't agree more. In fact, I think they're selling themselves short with the description of the product. The formula blends so well on my bare skin and leaves a smooth finish without being patchy or even clinging onto the dry spots of my face. Absolutely a second-skin type of product that leaves a satin finish and a healthy glow to my face.

Product Used: BLK Creamy All Over Paint in the shade, Daffodil
Applied on the eyes, cheeks and lips
The product is very easy to blend, you can take your time blending it, and it's so hard for you to even make the mistake of applying too much because you can always blend it out. You can layer it, however, and saturate the color until it's close to its pink shade. It doesn't disrupt the powder when placed on top of it, so I'd absolutely recommend this for low maintenance, on the go girls who just want a hint of color on their faces and they're good to go. Although the name itself has the word paint in it, it is, in fact, not tacky and is quite light on the skin, as if you didn't put anything on your face.
Color pay off is good and it leaves a stain on the skin even after being wiped off. Staying power is not as good as Happy Skin's Color Play, however I don't find this a problem because the stain left is pretty decent and given this, would most likely last a good 8 hours with commute on the cheeks and eyes (does not crease, thank God!). It does not last long on the lips, however, and it doesn't leave a stain, so you might want to retouch or opt for a different lip product with stronger staying power.

The shade is amazing. I am absolutely pleased with the way they incorporated brownish undertones to neutralize the pinkness in order to make it more natural looking, but with enough layering, returns to its original pink color. A multi-use product that is small and easy to bring along to retouch and travel with without having a bulky makeup bag with you.
RECOMMENDATIONS
More shades
A more appealing scent (although this is more of preference)
RATING
Packaging: 4/5
(the large doe foot applicator has that risk of making a mess when gathering product)
Pigmentation: 4.5/5
Formula: 5/5
Longevity: 4/5
Skin Comfort: 5/5
(Does not break me out either)
Price: 4.5/5
SUMMARY
Overall, the formula of BLK's Creamy All Over Paint meets the standards of what a liquid / cream blush should be: pigmented, easy to blend, second-skin, satin finish that gracefully stains your cheeks and does not cling onto or form dry patches on the skin. I'd absolutely recommend this to anyone starting out in makeup or simply for any makeup lovers out there who would like a blush with a natural finish, because it is a spectacular product. At the price of PhP 399.00, is it worth it? HELL YES. Would I repurchase? Absolutely!
Bravo, BLK. Anne Curtis, you have a great product in your hands. This might as well be on its way to becoming a cult classic in the local makeup scene.Â
