"The power of a connected team." This was a very emotional layout. I envisioned silhouettes connected with glowing threads — metaphorical yet very relatable. The goal was to humanize internal digital platforms. My challenge was in keeping it techy but not cold. I loved shaping this direction with the copy lead and studio artist.

"From chatter to collaboration."

The agency briefed us to move from “noise” to “value.” I played with a cluttered typographic background moving into organized structures, illustrating the evolution of workplace talk to productive teamwork. I worked with production and pre-press for sharpness and contrast. It was a proud moment seeing this in business dailies.

"Turn whispers into conversations."

In this campaign, I pushed for more conceptual clarity. I wanted the audience to feel the difference between idle gossip and constructive communication. Collaborating closely with my copywriter, we decided on using transparent speech bubbles fading into solid ones to represent clarity. I was deeply involved in photo research, layout design, and compositional rhythm.

"Don’t be the last to know."

This was my first brush with the Yammer brand at the agency. The brief was clear — bring workplace communication chaos into sharp focus. I visualized the concept using the visual metaphor of the office grapevine, with a contemporary design sensibility. The challenge was distilling digital transformation into a print ad that struck instantly. My art direction was crisp, and I worked alongside a smart copy team that nailed the headline with perfect subtlety.

My Journey with Sparkrill International School - India & Demyurji Advertising Pvt. Ltd. Working on the Sparkrill International School - India campaign was a deeply fulfilling experience for me, Ramesh Chandra. Partnering with Demyurji Advertising Pvt. Ltd., I collaborated closely with Kamal Maliramani, whose clear vision and strategic direction shaped the soul of this campaign, and Vikram Shankar, our lensman, whose sensitivity to narrative and expression helped visually capture the idea of learning through generations. The brief was powerful: Make education feel like a shared journey—not just for children, but for their parents and grandparents too. That’s what inspired me to craft this visual storytelling approach—juxtaposing moments where the child becomes the teacher, rekindling joy and learning for the elder. From conceptualising scenes like a grandfather on a skateboard, to a grandmother discovering email, a businessman playing the violin, or a mother counting with an abacus, every visual posed a challenge and a joy—how to communicate emotion, discovery, and the spark of curiosity. The black-and-white photographs were intentionally chosen to contrast with the vibrancy of new learning moments led by children. Each frame was crafted with care, and every line of copy aimed to speak from the heart. I'm proud of how this campaign connected emotionally with the audience, staying true to Sparkrill’s promise: "Ignite the genius within."
