I just...its been like almost two years since I discovered feederism but I always kinda blocked the idea because I felt so "weird". Theres this voice inside me that tells me this is so very wrong and I feel conflicted.
I see myself constantly battling between being horny and entering tumblr, and preventing myself from gaining, I dont wanna lose my thin shape but at the same time...Idk, Im a bit of a mess. Its been a few weeks since I stopped snacking, just seeing and touching to that.

No worries. It's actually quite common for new people discovering feederism, especially new feedees, to ponder and feel conflicted about it. I'll be honest, feederism is "weird" by most people standards. It is a niche/taboo kink that isn't seen in a good light by most of society. And yes, being fat is riskier for your health on average, there are real downsides. But that doesn't make it "wrong". The guilt, the shame, the way that a lot of people instantly associate fatness with something bad, with laziness, with failure; that's something quite common tbh, and it's mostly a cultural problem.
It isn't just about weight, eating or kink/fetishes. It's about how you deal with desire and restraint, hedonism x temperance.
For me, feederism is also a pure form of hedonism. Its about giving in and letting yourself feel good in the moment. Touching yourself with snacks in hand, scrolling through posts that turn you on, indulging without guilt nor shame. For most feedees, letting go and getting fatter isn't failure, it is happiness, relief and freedom.
Temperance is about self-control, mostly for the sake of approval. It's the voice that tells you to stop, to pull back, to stay "good" and thin, to be "accepted" by others, even if it makes you unhappy. Does any of that actually fulfill you though?
Both are always going to coexist when someone is making a decision, especially important ones. Just ignoring it won't make it go away, you need to face it. You need to find the balance that best work for yourself. Not what other people would aprove of, not whats "expected" of you. Maybe it's just dipping your toes in, teasing yourself but without actually going all in. Maybe it's a full surrender. Maybe its tiptoeing the line, testing how much indulgent and fatter you can get before it tips into something negative. Or maybe you already know that the tipping point has come, and deep down, you're just figuring out how to let go without feeling guilty about it.
That's your "inner battle", everyone is fighting some version of it. Yours just happens to involve feederism. You might be a bit of a mess, but so is everyone else, and at least you're honest about it.
Messages like this aren't weird, it's interesting and important to talk about such topics imo. You have to be honest with yourself, and also take the time to think it through.

I’m feeling the need to start gaining again.
two years ago I was 135lbs and in college but regular stuffings turned me into 205lbs in the space of a year. Now I’m back down to 160lbs but the itch is there again.
I think I really just need someone who can motivate me and stop me from backing out. Encouragement and humiliation all in one. Someone who will gladly spend an entire day filling me up then tell me you’ve ordered desert. Take me out in too tight clothes and parade me around. Tease me in public and in private.

Feederism "science" - Liquid Calories
Disclaimer: This text is speculative, fictional writing exercise for entertainment purposes only. Don't take anything written here as if it is factually true and as if it would actually work. 1) Liquid calories Solid food hits a "wall"/speed limit thanks to gastric distension, the stomach's mechanoreceptors (stretch sensors that signal the fullness of the stomach) and its elasticity obviously can't handle endless volume; such sensors trigger a cascade of satiety related hormones like cholecystokinin and peptide YY, while suppressing others like ghrelin (the "hunger" hormone). Crafting a hypercaloric "slurry"/shake to maximize caloric density and rapid digestibility would be ideal. The first important ingredient would be maltodextrin. It is a glucose polymer with a "dextrose equivalent" of 10-20 (this basically means that it easier and faster to digest and absorb), it has a high molecular weight to minimize osmotic pressure (the "thirst" signal that can be triggered, which wouldn't be good, since too much glucose could pull water from your body, which would bloat your stomach quicker and it might also upset it); the maltodextrin will be quickly broken down into maltose and glucose. This will flood your bloodstream with such simple sugars, spiking insulin, making your body store nutrients/fat into adipocytes. The next ingredient would be fructose, which is absorbed via GLUT5 transporters in the intestine. It bypasses the pathways that are mediated by insulin and goes directly into the liver, avoiding further blood insulin spikes (which can promote diabetes and a higher visceral fat deposit proportion), where it fuels "de novo lipogenesis" (DNL), where the liver will convert the excess fructose into palmitate, a "precursor" of triglycerides. The next ingredient would be "Medium-chain triglycerides" (MCT) oil (C8/C10). They are absorbed directly by the portal vein and sent to the liver, and with the ideal volume/amount, the liver will get "overwhelmed" (the excess acetyl-CoA gets rerouted into DNL) and won't be able to burn all that fat at once, specially since it will also need to process the fructose. The leftovers that couldn't be processed would get turned into fat, creating a "lipid tsunami" that will be stored by your body. MCT has a neutral osmolarity, almost 0, which is good since we want to avoid triggering a rapid gastric emptying (which would cause a sudden glucose spike). Some avocado oil could be added to add more calories and some monosaturated fats, which upregulates PPAR-γ expression in subcutaneous adipocytes (fat cells under the skin), directing lipids away from visceral storage. Adding a bit of hydrolyzed whey would be beneficial to add some protein to your metabolism and prevent muscle catabolism. Not too much though, to prevent CCK/PYY release. A few other things that could be added to aid digestion, reduce bloating, and promote a better balance of electrolytes would be: a small amount of salt, potassium citrate and betaine HCL. Small amounts of flavor/palatability (cocoa powder, sucralose, etc.) could be added. I won't give the numbers and proportions that I estimated to be ideal in such slurry/shake, because no one should actually try this and I might be forgetting/missing something; I reiterate that everyone should treat this text as mere fantasy.
Also, I won't delve much deeper into it, because it is long enough as it is, and the next part (which I'm not sure if I'll write) could still be quite extreme and dangerous. Things like using prokinetic drugs to significantly speed up digestion and defecation, using pioglitazone to reroute lipids into being stored subcutaneously, using berberine to reduce the inflammatory fallout caused by the weight gain and excess fat, and some other stuff.

Anyone else likes to wonder and fantasize about methods that could increase and accelerate weight gain? Thinking and learning about the whole science behind why the feedees feel hungry and how to stimulate/intensify it, or how to promote mostly subcutaneous fat gain while avoiding visceral fat gain, or how to induce the body to absorb more calories and fat from food, or how to safely slow down the metabolism.
Imagine if you could extremely, and safely, increase a feedee's natural hunger just by injecting/eating the right amount of Gherlin (the "hunger hormone"), making their body constantly crave for more food. Or if you could use PPARy to ramp up adipogenesis, while helping out the growing fatty by increasing insulin sensitivity and production of anti-inflammatory stuff. Or reducing leptin sensitivity so it's hard from them to feel really fuel, promoting increased gluttony. Or somehow being able to precisely change how the body stores fat, guiding it to store on the "right places" while avoiding visceral fat and hypetrophy of fat cells, stimulating hyperplasia of subcutaneous fat of specific regions instead.
Unfortunately, and for obvious reasons, there's a lack of research on how to promote weight gain and obesity in a "safer" manner, with less health risks/impacts. Another New Year, another chance to get even fatter and stuff your face like the greedy glutton you are. Don't bother with resolutions about cutting back or trimming down, you'll be fatten even more, and not only you know it, but you crave it. With every bite, with every jiggling, tiresome, step, you're reminded that your pathetic self-control doesn't stand a chance against that bottomless appetite. Or perhaps it's more appropriate to say that your depraved mind doesn't stand a chance against your wild fantasies and desires of becoming a complete slob. This year, you'll fucking gorge yourself senseless, surpass every humiliating limit you thought you had.
By the time the next New Year comes, the goal is for you to be so engulfed by your own ever-expanding greed, gluttony and lust that you'll be pinned under every pound you've happily piled on. Happy New Year, fatties.

Why am I into feederism and have such a strong preference for bigger/fatter women? Is it just because they have more to hold, embrace, fuck and cuddle? That definitely plays a part, but I don't think that's the whole story.
Could it stem from something like an oedipus complex? Was my mother fat? Nope. She was actually on the thinner side and harbored a bit of a disdain for fat people, specially fat women. This was evident to me from the way she constantly urged my sister not to gain weight and made unkind remarks whenever she did. I've always had some level of disdain or dislike for my mother for a couple of reasons, so could my attraction to fatter women be a form of rebellion against her and her "ideals"? Maybe, but if it is, I'd say its only a minor factor at most.
Honestly, I would say that the core of it lies in my desire for a single, super deep, and meaningful connection. A connection so intense that my partner would feel safe enough to let her "gluttonous" side emerge, letting go of societal worries because my opinion would be the only one that mattered to her. Or a connection so profound that she would be more than willing to compromise her health and body image, gaining weight as a clear and constant symbol of her love and devotion to me. There's also the added dimension of physical dependence, her becoming more reliant on me would naturally lead to us spending more time together and deepening our emotional and physical codependency. In this sense, my attraction to feederism seems to stem from my more obsessive and possessive tendencies
