I'm sorry there was always a storm in my mind, even on the sunniest of days.
I'm so sorry.

Maybe I don’t deserve it. Maybe I’ve done something that makes the world hate me, but I’ll never know what it is…

Simple ways to appreciate yourself!
First step is always admitting that you have a problem!
It’s ok to feel anxious…
It’s ok to feel depressed…
It’s ok to have a hard time accepting your body or mind…
But it’s NOT ok to stay that way!
Reach out and ask for help! ( I’m always happy to listen to you and give you some advice)
Once you admit first to yourself what makes you feel uncomfortable in your own skin, the process of healing can begin. And it’s very simple, I promise!
1. Every morning when you wake up think about one or more things that always make you smile :) Starting a day with a smile will make you feel more motivated to start your day and be productive!
2. Do that ‘must do thing’ I spoke of in my previous post that makes you happy in the morning. For me it’s a cup of hot coffee and some light reading to start my brain working.
3. Make yourself do one productive thing each day and gradually increase the amount of ‘expected productivity’ in your day. For example, start by trying to have a daily workout which will make you feel better about you physical appearance which can greatly improve you way of looking at yourself.
4. At least once a week have a ‘me day’ where you will pamper yourself with a nice warm bubble bath and some nice meditation music that could help reduce you anxiety greatly.
5. The most important thing: During every day ask yourself how am I doing? Do I need to slow down and take a break? Do I feel like I can take on more responsibilities?Am I happy and fulfilled with how I spend my time and energy?
Always having these questions in mind will help you menage your feelings better and allow you to walk towards improvement gradually.
Stay strong, loves!
