RCS Peacekeeper sent from the Republic of Core Systems to help aid the renegades. The RCS have decided that it's better to keep the outer rim planets fighting amongth themselves, and as far away as possible, while they can restructure and build a safer Republic.

A group of corporations and private contractors often stoak the fires of war in, what they consider lesser systems, in an attempt to manipulate the Senate into following what profits them most.

The Senate is aware of the war profiteering lobbied while they take advatage of bribes and a fear mongered populace who welcome any legislation that leads to "peace and safety".

Techno Union Enforcer Droids for the Sovereign Aliance. The standard silver-colored enforcers droids work under the same premise as the earlier commando droids of the CIS era, with enhanced AI, cheap manufacturing costs, and easily replicable parts on a battlefield. These droids are usually deployed in large numbers prior to trooper deployment. Every unit is deployed with one dark trooper as a field lieutenant. Dark troopers are selected from the near-death soldiers who are beyond help of natural bacta and modern medicine. These modern dark troopers spend all of their time away from the battlefield connected to simulators that provide them with an illusion of every desire and pleasure imaginable. Dark troopers become accustomed to this artificial reality, and their minds, and what little of their bodies are left, actively reject the real world when they are disconnected. Dark troopers stay in a state of constant pain until they're reconnected to their simulators. You'll often hear them rambling about "going home" like an addict talking about their next hit.

Outer Rim Renegades and their stolen Sovereign Alliance technology.

A long long time ago, in a galaxy far, far away...

With the fall of the First Order and the New Republic, a power gap is filled with a far more sinister presence in the galaxy. Much of the Outer Rim is held hostage to a new growing organization of systems known as the Sovereign Aliance. 

The Sovereign are a technologically advanced empire. They profited off of the investors and inventions in the prior conflicts. They hid within the shadows while the Resistance and First Order tested their toys of war. They learned what worked and what didn’t. Now, they’re ready to move forward with their long-awaited plans.

The Sovereign Aliance was born from remaining members of the Banking Clan, the Techno Union, and a branch of the Old Empire’s research division who hid within the depths of the Outer Rim after the supposed death of the emperor. A renegade unit of clone soldiers, who defected after order 66, trained their armies as they quickly aged and were soon replaced by younger and harder soldiers born from the roughest depths of space. 

From the outside, the Sovereign present themselves as a confederacy seeking peace, justice, and unity of the now loosely organized systems. In reality, the Sovereign want only power at any cost. 

They use dark side force users called “The Authors of Prosperity” to break the will of unsuspecting system leaders. Welcomed as diplomats, they manipulate, distort, or murder anyone who gets in their way to bring those systems into the fold of the Sovereign.
