I've seen images of these people with their faces blurred. There's none for that. If you think it's right to mock the death of another human being, a black man, not resisting arrest and being pinned down by three 'police officers' then your racist faces don't need to be blurred. People of colour and people of conscience all over the world be aware. Not of the use of excessive force by those who have been entrusted to 'protect and serve' but be aware of being desensitised to these atrocities, to these acts of oppression, to this brutality. We know #blacklivesmatter. I'm desperate to know how cheap is a black life or any minority life which has been violently taken away because they are the 'other'? Let's continue to have our hearts wrench with despair for these incidents. Let's continue to well up with tears. Let's continue to fight the unglamorous fight of 'never again' despite the fear and anticipation of it happening again looming too prominently over our collective heads. MLK had the dream.
