#lets not even get into the how giving baby piercings is like deeply rooted in indigenous and african cultures #and how it’s something that has literally no affect on a child they can literally just take it off if they dont want them anymore #and maybe how the country where like 80% of the male population is circumcised #doesn’t get to say shit like ‘doing unecessary procedures ur baby cant consent to is abuse’#also a procedure that is arguably way worse than a piercing u can just temove #by yalls logic of consent no one should be getting any sort of procedure until 18.#and thats so silly i didnt even get my actual nose ring at 18 i was like 14
