All of the text was something said by the DM of a campaign I am in! Which, hasn't even started yet, and we have this guy. Who is a manifestation of the players' fear. The DM's creations are scary.
This character isn't in the campaign though, he's just inspired by it.

He's super duper totally not inspired by Slitherbop, and I'm now realizing I'm pretty sure everything I've posted here so far (besides captain asshat) has been inspired by them.....
