How to get rid of brain fog
Brain fog is the brain’s stress response. Emotional strain, depression, anxiety etc actually disrupt the balance of key neurotransmitters like dopamine, serotonin & norepinephrine. When those chemicals are off, communication between the neurons in our brain slows down
On top of that chronic stress raises cortisol levels, which directly affect the hippocampus (the brain’s memory hub) and prefrontal cortex (the center for focus & decision making).. leading not only to bad/unhealthy decisions, but slower processing speed, poor concentration and massive overwhelm where you can’t even think clearly
Psychologically.. depression & emotional overload drain cognitive resources because your brain has less energy for focus and memory. Brain fog is typically the byproduct of your nervous system working overtime just to cope
Some ways to help:
Good sleep
Water, water, water
Protein and whole foods
Movement / exercise
Sun
Deep breathing exercises
Less screen time
Journaling
Social connection
Supplements: Magnesium + B vitamins
Limiting alcohol & processed foods
Nature
Consistent daily routine
Take your health seriously, you don’t deserve to feel that way & you matter 🤍

Most people have no idea what cellular voltage is.
Then wonder why they feel flat, anxious, inflamed and stuck in survival mode.
This copper bowl isn’t a gimmick.
It’s grounded 4 feet into the Earth and conducts a flow of electrons straight into my body.
Copper is one of the most conductive elements on the planet.
Your body isn’t just biological.
It’s electrical first.
Voltage is what drives your mitochondria, your brain, your detox pathways, your entire system.
When your voltage is low, your cells can’t detox.
Energy tanks.
Focus disappears.
You stay stuck in stress mode.
Grounding works both ways.
It feeds your cells with life-giving negative electrons and it pulls stored EMF and static charge out of your system.
Like a pressure valve for your nervous system.
You don’t fix this with a mindset hack.
You fix it with minerals, sunlight, electrons, conductivity — and oxygen through breathwork.
This is real healing.
Not a band-aid.
Bioenergetics is the future.
Get your charge back.
Quantum Healing 🤔

HOW TO REWIRE YOUR MIND
If your thoughts can harm you, they can also heal you. Start noticing the stories you are constantly telling yourself. Write them down. Are they rooted in fear, insecurity, or past experiences?
The moment you catch yourself spiraling into a negative story, stop. Say “cancel” or “not this time.” This breaks the automatic cycle and gives you space to choose a different thought. Instead of “I’m not enough” try “I am constantly growing and learning.” Instead of “People always leave,” tell yourself, “I attract meaningful and supportive connections.” Words are powerful ,no matter how hard it may be for you to believe, use them wisely.
Start doing things that help regulate your nervous system. Breath work, meditation, movement, journaling, nature etc. will help shift your body from survival mode to a state of peace and balance.
Close your eyes and imagine the version of you who is thriving. How do they feel? What does their life look like? The more vividly you can see and feel it, the more your body will align with that reality.
You guys are looking for some sort of solution or magical fix but the truth is transformation isn’t about a single breakthrough moment—it’s about daily choices. The stories you tell yourself won’t change overnight, but every time you interrupt a negative thought and choose a new perspective, you’re rewiring your mind. The real magic is in consistency, not quick fixes.

How to develop discipline:
1. Set clear goals. What do you want to accomplish and why does it matter to you? Break the goals into small, actionable steps (feels doable).
2. Create a daily schedule that prioritizes most important items on the list. Keep it consistent to form habits over time.
3. Start small. Focus on one discipline building habit at a time to avoid getting overwhelmed. Gradually increase your commitments little by little.
4. Get rid of distractions that hinder your focus (e.g., social media during work).
5. Use accountability partners if possible. And/or track your habits. Use an app or check off from your list (this feels so good!)
6. Have self control! Resist small urges to build willpower (e.g., delay instant gratification). Commit to showing up even when you don’t feel like it. Especially when you don’t feel like it.
7. Stay consistent. Discipline is built by sticking to your commitments daily, not just when it’s convenient. Progress, not perfection is what matters.
8. Embrace the discomfort. Challenges are growth opportunities. Train yourself to act despite discomfort or boredom.
9. Celebrate every win & reward yourself for milestones to stay motivated.
10. Reflect on failures without judgment and adjust your plan. You will have to adjust your plans quite a few times. Don’t get set in your ways.
11. Spend time with disciplined and goal oriented people. You become who you surround yourself with. Their habits will inspire and influence you positively.
12. Keep your WHY in mind.

My friend, LOOK at that image again. That’s not just a man hanging on a tree. That is the Lamb of God, torn and bleeding—for YOU. That is the price of your peace, your eternal security, and your full acceptance with the Father. That is love in full display, not in sweet poetry, but in crimson agony. 😔💔
💥He was not dying for angels. He was dying for rebels. For sinners. For us.
And yet, from that broken, brutalized body flowed the full payment that silenced the Law’s accusations forever.
📖 "Who shall lay any thing to the charge of God's elect? It is God that justifieth." – Romans 8:33 (KJV)
📖 "For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him." – 2 Corinthians 5:21 (KJV)
You are NOT trying to earn God’s love. You’re not scraping your way to heaven by good behavior. The blood already settled it. It IS finished! 🙌
You don’t have to carry guilt one more second. You don’t have to doubt your place in the Father's arms. You’re accepted in the Beloved! That cross proves it. 💯
🔥No devil in hell can unsave you.
🔥No failure can unjustify you.
🔥No accuser can undo the blood!
So walk boldly, child of God. Not because you’re strong, but because HE is! 💪
Walk free. Walk forgiven. Walk like someone who’s been raised from death to life! 🕊️
👑 The King didn’t die so you could live in fear—
He died so you could LIVE. FULLY. FREELY. FOREVER.
📖 "There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus..." – Romans 8:1 (KJV)
🔥 Hallelujah to the Lamb who loved us and washed us from our sins in His own blood! 🔥
🙌 Let the redeemed of the Lord SAY SO!

UMBILLICAL CORD TRUTH
“They cut those cords KNOWING they are jam packed full of stem cells!
Then they try to sell those stem cells back?? No way! Homebirth each and every time!!
We are not meant to cut and clamp umbillical cords. Cord circulation continues for 30+ minutes after birth meaning for over 30 minutes, stem cells, blood and vital nutrients are meant to be pumping into the baby When the cord is clamped right away, the child usually gasps for air because they were recieving oxygen from the cord. This is why babies can be born underwater and not drown, as they don't need to use their lungs right away. Letting the cord detach on its own, like all animals in the wild, allows for maximum stem cell and blood transfusion to the baby, leading to healthier, more developed babies.”🤔
