                he   didn’t   regret   going   back   ,   back   to   the  place   that   kept   him   grounded   but   he   left   a  piece   of   himself   in   the   mushroom   kingdom.   every  time,   he’d   slip   right   into   the   sewer   system,   digits   pressed   against   concrete   wall,   expecting   the   door   to   open   again   but   nothing   .  .  .   for   six   months   straight  ?   mind   continuously   running   in   circles   until   it   happened ,  the  mushroom   shaped   badge   started   to   glow   and   a   big   bright  star  crossed  the   midnight   sky,    a   sign.   one   that   took   hold   of   his   instincts,   to   run   and   don’t   stop,   not   until   his  world  merged   with   hers.

               bright   light’s   welcome   him,   vivid  plants  ,  and   toads   in   complete   shock   as   a   certain   princess  stood   in   the   center.   the   rift   ,   it   opened   back   up,   reuniting   a   love   from  two   different  worlds.   the   moment   she   rushed   forward,   he’s  quick   to   raise   her   in   the   arm,  a   mere  spin  before  he   sets  her   down.   lips  pressed  against  fair  cheeks,   holding   her   close   as   she   leaned   against   him   ‘   i’m  back  peach,    ’   lips  curve   as   his   forehead  leans   downward,   pressed   against   hers.   a  laugh   slips   as   he   swears   his  smile   would   leave   a  crack   within   his   lips.  ‘   and  i   promise,   i   won’t   leave   you   again.    ’     his   home?   over   time,   he   realized,   it  was  with  her.   he’d   left   a  world   that   became   his   home  and   returned   to  one   unfamiliar.

              DCEU    The   Mario   Brothers   are    metahumans,   exactly   like   Barry.    A   cloud   had   stormed   through   Brooklyn   ,   New   York   and   awoken   these    genes   that   revealed   more   than   they   thought.  From   super   strength   ,   speed,   and   durability?   Mario   could   control   and   create   fires,   where  as   Luigi   has   the   ability   to   manipulate   electricity.   This   secret,   the  brothers   kept   it   a   secret.   However,   as  much   as   they   promised,   Mario   with   a   strong   sense   of   justice   had   intervene   during   a    robbery.   They   had   been   waiting   in   line   at   the   bank   to   cash   in   their   checks   from   the   previous   job,  only   to   have   guns   raised   and   voices  rising   above   the   rest.

             Going  back  and  forth,  Luigi   had   tried   to   talk   some   sense   but   the   fear  in   his  heart   took  over.   Before   he   knew   it,   Mario   had   gotten   onto   to   his   feet   and   took   down   the   first   gunman  ,   with   Luigi   in   suit.   Hats  pulled   over   their  heads   and   hoods   doing   as  much   to   cover   their   faces,  the  brothers   quickly   ended   the   robbery   before   fleeing.   The   camera   caught   them   in   the   act   and   Lex   Luthor   has   them   on   file.
