When I run after what I think I want, my days are a furnace of stress and anxiety; if I sit in my own place of quietude and patience, what I need flows to me without effort. From this I understand that what I truly want also wants me, is looking for me and attracting me. This is the open secret,

Hey did you hear that the black stone CEO was murdered in manhattan? That the killer went directly to the blackstone office floor, and let a cleaner lady leave unharmed? Did you know that blackstone is a major contributor to rent increases throughout the country, and has lobbied against rent legislation? Did you know that the killer’s family was being evicted?
You probably didn’t hear any of this. You probably didn’t know another CEO was killed because he was labeled as just an executive. You probably didn’t know he went directly to the blackstone office floor and his family was being evicted because the story the police are going with was that he was targeting NFL executives because he played football in high school and he had CTE. You probably didn’t even know this happened, you probably didn’t know another CEO was found dead in his hotel room.
Now if I may get a little conspiratorial, if I was a CEO of a major news network know for its political takes, would I let my network cover this at all? We covered one CEO killer and now two more are dead. So it would be best for the status quo if nothing gets shared about this. Now if I can get a little more conspiratorial, if I were a politician with a lot of rich people friends that give me a lot of money who has now had 2 CEOs die in one of the biggest cities in the world and there was extreme backlash to providing the rich people more protection and resources than children in schools, what would I do? I would probably get the police to make this seem as disconnected as possible from any kind of class issue and make it something else entirely. Given how the last guy who publicly killed a CEO is being treated as a hero of the lower classes, I would want to stop there from being more Luigi’s. And the way I would do that is controlling the police to do what is best for the rich instead of what is morally right or best for the people.

90 sits at this particular altar since I set it up, as counted by the beads - 45 dark & 45 light, one bead picked at random without looking after each meditation session 🧘🏻

Everything is so rushed. People in their twenties complaining about being old, sped up songs, sped up videos, too many things to do in such a short time. We have lost the art of lingering.

It’s not a coincidence that multiple governments of countries are rolling out heavy online censorship when people are criticizing and protesting against them the most. They want to censor information, restrict communication, and track every little thing their citizens are saying and doing on the internet.
This isn’t about governments wanting to protect the children but wanting to control their citizens through censorship and stripping away their privacy.

We have this interesting situation where we basically no longer have privacy nor the expectation of privacy, but we also don't have community or meaningful connection with others, so we're all simultaneously both completely exposed and absolutely alone, and please understand that when I say this situation is "interesting", what I in fact mean is that it's "nightmarish and I wish I could wake up"

it only took months of daily images of starving babies being murdered for just barely over 50% of Democrat Senators to consider that maybe, just maybe, sending billions of American taxpayer dollars in weapons to a genocidal apartheid state is something we should not be doing.
I notice, btw, that these people who *checks notes* are our last defense against domestic fascists, have been doing absolutely nothing to defend us against the fascists.
coincidence? you decide.
