I like how Wally had to change costumes after joining the team. His suit was just not practical in any sense of the word. Batman took one look at it and redesigned the entire thing.

Obviously they added the stealth tech (because the suit is bright yellow and red) but they also added knee pads, shoulder pads, elbow pads, padding on the thighs and calves, ventilation slits on his chest, a zipper on his cowl, storage compartments in his gloves (to hold energy bars) and high tech goggles with night vision. They also got rid of the lightning bolts he had on his hips.

It's pretty obvious that the left version of the suit was made and designed by Barry to be Flashy (pun intended) and aerodynamic but not much else. The second Batman was technically responsible for this kid he outfitted him with an entirely new tactical outfit.

Wally is the only one this happens to. Batman added stealth tech to everyone else's outfits as well but he didn't change their outfits. Kaldur has the same outfit before and after joining the team. Wally was the odd one out. Which is fair. He was in neon yellow spandex.

#12 - Lucas Carr

This is barley even a costume, it’s just an eyepatch. No effort, disappointed in him.

#11 - Billy

I know he had to be wearing his Captain Marvel suit so he could be an adult and try to keep his secret but he could put a coat over it or something. Though I don’t hate his face paint, it’s hard to do by yourself and he’s like ten. I just don’t like how he’s in costume

#10 - Conner

It’s kinda boring and he’s just wearing his everyday clothing underneath. Not even a plain black t-shirt. Not enough effort dude.

#9 - Marvin

It’s not bad it just doesn’t stand out or anything.

#8 - Brion and Violet

It’s cute how they’re matching but just wearing their regular clothing - boring. Also why are their eyebrows white? Like it just doesn’t look good.

#7 - Wally

Good idea and good execution but minus points for making me think about Wally being a furry.

#6 - Wendy

She looks great and I love that Black Canary is having kids dress up as her for Halloween.

#5 - Artemis

Look I know it’s just a cape over some casual clothing but the clothing isn’t what she wears everyday and the cape is a really good cape ok.

#4 - Zatanna

Zatanna being a witch is a little on the nose but I think it’s cute and is funny as an inside joke between the team if she and Artemis had ended up going to the Halloween party.

#3 - Karen

The outfit itself is GREAT on it’s own but the way its a version of her bumblebee costume and is setting up her becoming bumblebee in s2 is even better.

#2 - M’gann

I think shapeshifting was low-key cheating but just look at her! It’s scary, cute and really well executed.
