Trying to study is so difficult. I sit knowing and telling myself that I need to study or I won't pass my exams, but I still won't for reasons that are beyond me. Even when I am actually starting to study I feel constantly distracted by my own brain telling me to do ANYTHING else. I'm kept up by my anxiety from these upcoming exams, and am hitting a wall when I try to do anything about it. At this point it would be easier to demolish a building with my head.
