not my usual kind of post but some funny sims 4 moments. i might post more of my sims 4 saints row save as it has my ocs and some canon :333

ALRIGHT. we in for a long one. im gonna reblog the post just incase 😭😭💔

to sum them up in a shorter sentence. theyre best buds, the greatest pals. they can trust eachother with their lives.. but theres so much more to them sharing deep secrets, pains and knowing eachother in and out. some could say theyre soulmates

their relationships starts waaayyyyyy back to sr1. ricks legit fresh from leaving his father. fresh from the death of nathan. he and johnny got talking before the vice kings missions, just from passing eachother in the church and stuff like that. (a hot topic was often ricks strangely quick canonisation). literally the minute they properly met through these little chats rick found himself falling harder and harder. his heart was head over heels for johnny but ricks tough trust and his brain was constantly telling him no and not to rush it. this segways into my FAVOURITE rick era.

crush era! the more the first game progressed the more rick found himself dreaming of johnny as he fell asleep, catching himself staring at johnny around the church, thinking of him, he also noticed the more he befriended aisha the more he grew in jealousy. she had something he craved so much (but ricks not THAT MUCH of an asshole and as u know was respectful of their relationship). alot of SR1 is acc normal in regards of gat and rick! however theres just more tension ricks side like longingly staring,etc amongst jokes like "if you HAD to sleep with a dude who would it be" and changing all of johnnys choices until he was the only one left. LMAOOO. scenes like the 8 inch cock joke also leave rick wondering and dreaming of it for nights, weeks even! we all know that little joke of johnnys very much helped to inform any sexual fantasies HAHAH. fast forwarding!!!!! rick gets blown up yadayda and his coma dream is a 5yr dream abt being married to johnny as u know. gosh his sheer sadness to wake up was HALRIOUS.

SR2! everything goes as normal expect ricks probably MUCH quicker about getting johnny from death row and in so much joy to see his face again. so much so he took a minute, staring and that interaction has johnny speaking then pausing to ask if rick was alr. LOLS. sr2 goes on as normal with the tensions being even more as rick had accepted his crush come the end of sr1.

aishas death + end of SR2. i likke to think the whole hostipal event was such a crucial point in the development of gatrick romantically. ofc johnny doesnt even realise until much later,etcetc but it essentially MASSIVELY changed their relationship going through that cos for them both theyd never seen the other quite so vunlerable, literally sitting in visting hours silent just sorta.. comforting eachother. furthermore rick feels EXTREMELY GUILTY for the whole event. cos essentially he told johnny to move so he could shoot and it changes his concentration leading in him getting stabbed. to the present day when theyre literally MARRIED. witha KID. rick forever contunes to feel this guilt. its also why rick is so insanely attatched to johnny by the hip and so protective in later missions cos he doesnt want to be the reason for sucha fatal wound again. Juniychis death is also more violent due ricks MUCH stronger feelings for gat, he infact stands over his body continously stabbing him. both for aishas death and everything with gat.

later SR2 sees rick filling in for aisha. such as dying johnnys frosted tips, cutting his hair, visting the house more often or going out with johnny often as i have the hc johnny struggled to go and live in aishas home...without her. whilst he never admits or says this i can picture rick picks up on it as he's had his own aisha in the form of nathan. he knows exactly how johnny feels.

mid SR2 and SR3! they get to together about a year ish after SR2 finishes after a period of time of further further and further tensions romantically and sexually (they hook up like twice whilst drunk at parties 😭😭) anwyays. ricks feelings for johnny never faded as they got together and infact get much STRONGER as proven by the fact they adopt amy, get married and onto my next point...!!!

SR3!!!! johnny LIVES and its all down to rick! in my au rick grabs johnnys wrist on the plane and doesnt fucking let go. resulting in his survivle. rick still jumps through the plane cos i like to think johnny got his parachute to ensure he and shaundi got to safety and rick jumped through the plane to get another for himself.
