I don’t really think PB will touch on this at all but I really hope we see some repercussions for Bran keeping his mating bond with Leah shut for the entirety of their mating.

The mating bond is meant to have an enormous impact on both individuals—especially their emotional wellbeing right? So I feel like there should be some actual negative consequences to it being kept shut for so long?

i really, really hope it doesn’t happen. i’m just paranoid and jaded from authors pulling the unnecessary death trope 🙈 trying to desensitise myself early haha.

today’s leah/bran thoughts: one of my big worries with the a&o series is that the reason patricia briggs is (finally) focusing more on leah, both as a character and her relationship with bran, is because she plans on killing off leah eventually 😭 she keeps teasing an inevitable bran vs charles showdown, and the only situation i can see that happening is if leah dies, bran goes berserk and becomes a danger to everyone, so charles then has no choice but to stop him
