I think it was because his sisters were wrapped up in their own family thing, his brother was, well, we know what he was doing and his parents were having issues so I think it was a matter of them just not having the time but it’s like he’s the baby. They could’ve shown up despite what they had going on.

Did y’all know that Jahar’s family didn’t attend his graduation? If I had to find that out and live with that pain then so do y’all 😭😭

Isaiah Eamon Shoels💙 (1980-1999)

Isaiah Shoels was just 18 years old when he was senselessly murdered in the 1999 shooting at Columbine High School.

Some facts about Isaiah:

He was born on August 4th, 1980

He dreamed of becoming a comedian

He was going to attend an arts college after high school

He was born with a heart defect

He played many sports including football and wrestling

He played the keyboard and was very musically talented

People liked to sit with him because he was funny and could always make them laugh

He wanted to become a music executive

His family describes him as very loving and caring

On April 20th 1999, 13 innocent people were senselessly killed in a shooting at Columbine High School in Colorado. Today, 20 years later, we still feel the void of their absence. We remember their lives, the people they were, and who they could’ve become. Although their time here was cut short, they live on in our memories everyday. We will not forget them.

Wait when did Eric cry in his car? I haven't read about that

It’s from the basement tape in late March, early April 1999..here it is!

The tape stops again and when it starts, Eric Harris is alone in a moving car. The camera seems to be mounted on the car’s dashboard. It’s dark out and there are raindrops on the window. At one point he passes a street sign that reads “Federal”. There’s music playing loudly, making it hard at times to understand what Eric is saying. At one point he mentions “The Black Jack Crew” [Eric and Dylan worked at Blackjack Pizza], specifically mentioning “Jason” and “Chris”.

Eric: “You guys are very cool. Sorry, dudes. I had to do what I had to do.”

Eric also makes mention of “Angel”, “Phil”, and “Bob”.

Eric: “Bob is one of the coolest guys I’ve ever met in my life, except for being an alcoholic.” Eric says he’s going to miss Bob. “It’s a weird feeling knowing you’re going to be dead in two and a half weeks.”

Eric says he can’t decide “if we should do it before or after prom”. At the end of this section of the tape Harris says he wishes he could have re-visited Michigan and “old friends”. He falls silent then and appears to start crying, wiping a tear from the left side of his face. He shuts the camera off.

Eric Harris aka Reb was known to love the 90s game franchise Doom, not only did he enjoy playing the retro FPS he often developed his own WADs/maps as well.

only six of the Doom II WADs created by Harris were known to be released for the public to play, titled: BRICKS, FIGHTME, HOCKEY, KILLER, STATION, and UACLABS but there was also an unreleased file titled REALDOOM.zip that he’d send you upon request.

each WAD file came with a note written by Eric himself explaining the map, giving thanks to multiple creators, developers, and people including his “good friend, Dylan Klebold” for helping him test play his map(s), his distaste for the BFG — referring to it as “ultra-cheap”, along with anything else he felt the need to say.

once you first load in on BRICKS.WAD you will start off in a tower, greeted by weapons. Entering the play area you’ll discover Eric’s WAD developing e-mail “Rebldomakr@aol.com” plastered on the pixelated brick wall which served as an invitation to contact him

Harris’ was known to later release another e-mail, “REBDOOMER@aol.com”
