Is time really money?

Good evening bloggers, not that I have anybody reading this yet, just thought it would sound pretty cool!

Currently on the train back to Sheffield from Leeds and just sat thinking two things: how exhausted I am after carrying a medium suitcase, a weekend bag and a hand bag up and down a lot of steps and about time and money.

If I were to drive to sheffield it would take me just over an hour from good old Harrogate and would cost about £13 in petrol. Whereas by getting the train it can vary from 1hr 40 mins to 2hrs and now costs £11.20. If it weren't for the lack of parking where I live I would maybe take my car in this one instance and spend a little bit more on petrol.

What would you do? Would you pay that little bit more to have a shorter journey? or would you pay less and have a slightly longer journey?
