#ChefLife #TrueCooks I think i just thought of something brilliant & possibly never done before!! Has anyone else ever cooked or seen someone cook a #PrimeRib standing up like this? I'm willing to bet the fat-end bastes itself while slow cooking it AND it should hold a better, more round shape! Your thoughts?? (at The Villa at Heaven City - Lounge, Tapas OR Steakhouse Dining)
