Reading this as a genuine request for elaboration. Do not read further if you don't actually want to see this (NSFW text descriptions about Mr. DNA, a character I have never seen before this post).

First, I consider sex to be any act between two or more people which all participants agree to be sex. Therefore, there are infinite possible ways to fuck him (and anyone else), as every possibly activity one could do with him could be sex if all participants agreed that it was.

However, let's limit this to things I think at least some people would reasonably consider sex.

There are two options which are immediately apparent to me:

1. He has a mouth, so oral sex is possible.

2. He has hands, so digital stimulation is possible.

And a third option which is less obvious but still (I believe) a straightforward application of his body:

Beyond that I have plenty of ideas but they all involve some speculation on my part about his nature:

Is it like pulling on an elastic band, or a pair of extremely strong magnets? Or is there not much force at all and they can be rearranged freely? In all these cases, what sensations does it create in him?

9. Put each orb in a different container and put those containers in various places far away from each other.

Had to unfollow this one person on here cause they just would not stop making posts about how transfems on e getting periods is just made up symptoms and like, I don't have definitive proof I only have my and others experience but like how do you, as someone who is not on e, who has access to the same amount of studies looking into this with decent sample sizes as I do (none), feel so confident to say it's all just placebo and made up ? What makes you so confident ? Cause I gotta say after almost two years of nearly right on the dot once a month suddenly feeling nausea all week, taking the most unbelievable shits, feeling all my organs cramp, and having mood swings out the ass which always just so happens to line up with when the two people with uteruses in my house also get their periods, I feel like I have more data to work off of than you do
