He could only barely see in front of him, the blizzard of snow so thick he doubted he’d even be able to see his own feet if he tried to look at them. The wind buffeted against his armor, swirling its way into every gap in the plating it could and biting at the skin underneath. The thick fur gathered in his gauntlet and the body pressed against his side were the only indication his brother was even there. His pelt was a stark contrast against the pale snow and yet he doubted he’d be able to find him again if they were separated for even a moment. As another gale swept against him–into the gaps of his helmet, slicing into his eyes– he grasped the handle of the lantern tighter. They just had to weather the storm a bit longer; they were nearly there… …Just a little longer

Kill Switch: Part Seventeen

“Stop that.”  It had been the first words the Cy-bug had growled in days. Vanellope’s head jerked back up at the sound, King Candy actually staring back at her for once. But, seeing how horrible he looked from electrocuting and starving himself certainly didn’t help her feel any better. She tried to say something, anything, only to choke on her words before they could come out, reduced to a weeping mess all over again. The next noise to come out of Candy was another irritated snarl, although it was shortly followed by a quiet, begrudging sigh.  Much to Vanellope’s relief, he had finally reached for one of the fruits that’d been left scattered all around him. She wiped at her eyes, struggling hard to control her breathing so that she could at least say something articulate. “Thank you…” She hiccuped feebly, rubbing at her nose with her sleeve. Her words were met with another irate grumble from the creature. “Just stop with your insufferable blubbering…” King Candy muttered back. He took one fatigued look at the comically-oversized apple he’d dragged towards himself, a displeased trill rumbling in his throat, and reluctantly began chewing at it.

Turbo doesn't have a green

I haven't seen anyone do this audio yet for Turbo despite it fitting so well so I did it myself. I like to believe that Turbo is a sore loser and takes every game seriously even if it's not racing. And I also like to believe that the twins took every opportunity to egg him on and make him lose

Sometimes, very late at night–when the power strip gets real quiet and everyone still awake is trying not to fall asleep on their feet–you can spot It.

You never see It in your direct line of sight. Only out of the corner of your eye or in the blurr of your vision as you try not to nod off. You can try and look at It, but It disappears as soon as you get It in your focus. It makes you question if It was real or just a trick of the light.

But I know It’s real.

Other people have seen It as well. They don’t like talkin’ real loud about It–something ‘bout It gives off the impression It doesn’t like being talked about–but if you listen in the right places, you can pick up on the stories.

People say I’m overreactin’. Think I indulged a bit too much at Tappers or let myself get all jumpy about the Arcade’s folktales like some skittish brat at a sleepover.

They’re wrong. You know how I know that?

Because I’m not a violent person.

But that thing?

It looked at me.

And It felt

Angry.

No Chad, smoking cigarettes won’t make people think you look ‘badass’ and ‘mature’, it’ll just make people pity you.

That certainly won't stop him from bothering Shopkeep though. He swears that he is not 15, he is actually 44, please believe him he would never lie no siree :]
