thoughts uhhh I was going for like how they metaphorically got crushed under uhhhh look the thing that's crumbling down is the house mondo was going to built for them, his promise, his carpenting dream, and mondo thinks he's the only one suffering from that loss, but kiyotaka, despite everything, is trying to keep his dream alive, HOPE, hes going to escape, hes going to become a carpenter, and hes not gonna let him implode on himself, also taka getting whacked in the head is ref to his death in trial 3, with how mondos actions, him crumbling unaware that takas trying to protect him until its too late, indirectly led to taka getting killed (also my friend @mintypsii the goat got it down to a T->) taka not letting him or his dream die but also the thought of taka is a big part of what keeps mondo moving forward and he has something he wants to work towards but his past won't let him be also the weight of the house crushing mondo and immobilizing him with no way to get out and then taka insisting he shoulder some of mondos weight only to be crushed by it too and now mondo has to live with another death he caused because he was wasn't good enough at pushing everyone away

hi chat sorry I surprisingly died again 🙏 I’ve been extremely exhausted, tired, busy, stressed u name it and avoided all my socials (except discord), couldn’t even doodle from how tired I was all the time, just only enough to reach out to moots/friends
