Okay. Time for taking your shit together and making changes not by talking inside your head, but by acting and acting efficiently.
And it's gonna be purely by making all for creating stable and growing income. All goes to that point. Create a working system. Become a disciplined and stable creator.

After days and weeks… and months of stupidly wasted time, you are now in a situation, where you are not preparing for responsibility, it just falls on you and now sitting and wasting your time is not a way. It's time to be strong and conscious.
You spent your day stupidly and almost without any sense. But let's make that an example and build straight way further.
You lack planning. Terribly. Your actions are commanded by a stupid animal inside you. Give that bastard a good smash and start working. Grow. Make money. Just start spending your time not stupidly sitting on your phone. You become the one who you disrespect.
It's not just a lack of energy, the problem is much deeper. You are not realising the situation you are in. Trying to hide, escape, distract yourself from reality. But you making that worse. Ignoring the elephant in the room makes it bigger and stronger. And the moment, when it starts breaking the wall is soon. Ether you changing your life, or is it gonna start falling? You are not as far from hell as you think.
Look around. Take responsibility. You have all the opportunities. You have all the instruments. It's easier than you think. Just start and move forward.
How to start? 1) Tomorrow we are making new rules. They are purely for getting rid of distractions. Don't watch short clips. Don't scroll the feed. Catch and eliminate all stupid thoughts Don't be so pitiful for yourself, it's okay to just go off your bed after waking up and wash your face. You snooze you lose! Respect your time. Plan. So, without long overture, we going to goals. We know already what to do and that day was crucial. High consciousness is on and gonna be there for a maximum amount of time.
So there are several areas of making the great journey. First - we work with dopamine. Less amount of stimulation, mental and material. Consciousness. You already feel that you want to change your food-related behaviors. So. We don't eat until 9:30 and trying not to eat after 19:30. Less fried and complex food, fewer sugars, less bread, and stuff. More fats. The biggest enemy should be caught with cortisol intake. Burpies it's a good way, 40 of them for an attempt.
After that is goal setting. Everyday previous and improvised. For tomorrow: 1) Go out of bed after waking up 2) Eat your shrooms 3) Warm-up 4) Contrast shower 5) Meditation 6) Start working on an ornamental sleeve. 7) Nice breakfast 8) Keep going 9) Management of phone 10) Some insta activity 11) Improvise as you want after that.

It's not like you are gonna be stoic from now on, more likely, that you are gonna struggle and have many urges one after another. Take it as some kind of obstacle that you must withstand. Some amount of desires comes from your weak and lazy self. But you are there to control and after that, eradicate that. Become strong, disciplined, and able to choose what you want and gonna do. Don't practice what you don't want to become. Shrooms is ready, so now you should be ready. You trying to find some excuse for wrong behavior, it comes from outside, but your desires come from inside and you are in control of it. So quit that useless attempts to act weak and just calm yourself. You have a lot of things to do. And that was the last fail. We begin a new journey and it's gonna be a true story of success and a healthy way of a healthy man. Don't forget about death. Don't waste your time.
