Well, this kinda sucks doesn't it? After saying I'd never do commissions on the internet again after getting scammed years upon years ago; here I am back in the ring.

No longer a naive 16 year old with a lack of internet safety etiquette I'm hoping that I can avoid getting $200 wired out of my bank account.

I know it's hard financially out there; especially for my fellow Americans which is why I wanna say even you just reading this post means the moon and back to me.

After horribly miscalculating the math and a big move into a new apartment (couch surfer no more) I found myself short on my utility bills. I've opened a few commission slots in hopes to work myself out of this hole as my whole paycheck goes to rent alone.

Commissions will remain open until the goal is met; afterwards they will be closed as I’d feel bad taking more than what I need at the current moment.

ethics of making AI images aside, I do find a bit amusing the kinds of sob stories and mental gymnastics people make up to pretend like drawing is this super technical skill with an impossibly high barrier of entry when its like one of the first hobbies toddlers pick up

suddenly a lot of people think they got the next Lord of the Rings in their head but they were never able to turn their stories into anything tangible because the evil elitist artists are hogging all the talent and skill and they need a bajilion years of training or something as if one of the most popular manga and anime of the past decade wasn't made by a guy that draws like this
