Looking back a bit in there asks your dnd character flirted with Kian’s character- how’d that go??

Uhm, well uh it didn’t go horrible? Mostly just trying to do it as discrete as possible while still hoping he’d catch on i guess. But uh that didn’t work out and I just got weird stares from Kian and Rand afterwards so, yeah.

Hopefully I’ve gotten at least a little better about it?? I have no clue though

Okay okay its the seventies right ? Theyre sending letters. Kian writes to Rolan and Rand ever other week. Postcards from all over California, LA, San Fransisco, Hollywood. Each letter is filled with Kians rushed penmanship and excited stories of what he did, who he met, what he ate- everything. So much writing theres no room left on the postcard and he resorts to writing on the back. (Its all a lie of course, postcards purchased in between lunch breaks and late nights at the office)

Rolan tries his best to respond. Letters in manila envelopes with interesting stamps and Rolan's neat penmanship in blue ink. He writes about his classes, his internship, and even as time passes his new job at a small firm. As if to copy Kian, hell occasionally include photo he took of the skyline, the river, or anything that catches his eye. When he doesnt get responses from Rand he stops sending them, and he even eventually gets too busy to send them to Kian.

Rand writes back a couple of times to Kian. Short curt letters complaining about Galloway and his dad and everything wrong in the world. The papers crumpled and the ink is smudged and sometimes theres little doodles in the corners, which are often scribbled out. Soon he runs out of stamps and cant be bothered to go to the post office. (He saves all the letters hes recieved in a shoebox, shoved all the way in the back of his closet)

Oh uh I played a human paladin, cause I didn’t know we could be other species until later haha

Kian played an elf bard, who ran around with that old timey guitar and got the ladies and stuff

Uhm I’d say our characters were good friends! My guy would have to get Kian’s guy out of trouble alot of the time, but they always enjoyed each other’s company

I did!!! Uh more modern video games still kinda confuse me but i got Ace Attorney pretty fast

It was fun!! I uh, beat the first game a couple of weeks ago and I thought it was kinda weird at first? Like the ways the trials worked and stuff was odd but eventually I kinda really got into it hahaha

I think Wright is my favorite character, cause uh “he’s just like me for real??” (nope still feels weird) But I also think Gumshoe is close second.
