Luna is – in her nature – a curious being, a researcher, someone who wants answers and accept any and all of them. The world is a mystery, filled with more mysteries to be questioned. It’s a lucky thing that she’s not afraid of asking those questions. As she looks upon the face in front of her, she assesses its features before, bluntly and matter-of-factly saying: “You look different.” And with that, her gaze drifts off for a moment, returning after a beat or three, asking for an explanation.

“Uh-- thanks.” It takes a few seconds for him to respond but he follows up with a shrug. “Got a new shirt-- guess that’s what you’re talkin’ about.” Otherwise he had absolutely no idea but this was Luna and she often seen a lot that he didn’t. Perhaps there was some truth to it. He was seventeen now and they haven’t seen each other for a while but he couldn’t look that different. “--I’m starving. You had lunch yet?” Ron furrowed his brows wondering why she always made him feel see through. Nah, he thought with a shake of his head, not possible. Maybe lunch would be a good distraction from all of that.

Merlin’s beard, what is ( RON WEASLEY ) doing out at this hour? For a ( PUREBLOOD ) who is ( 17 ) years old, ( HE ) really ought to know better. You know, I hear that they’re aligned with ( THE D.A.), but that could be just a rumor. I do know that they’re ( A CIS-MAN ) and a ( GRYFFINDOR ) student though. They’re very ( STEADFAST ) and ( CLEVER ) but also quite ( INSECURE ) and ( REACTIVE ), which could be why they remind of ( WARM LAUGHTER SHARED WITH THOSE CLOSE TO YOU; HANDS CURLING INTO A FIST; A WELL AWAITED RAINSTORM AFTER A HOT SUMMER DAY; ALWAYS STICKING BY SOMEONES SIDE – A REMINDER THAT YOU ARE NEVER ALONE ). Some people say they’re the spitting image of ( KEIYNAN LONSDALE ), but I’ve never heard of them. ( &&. JO. 26. EST. SHE/HER. )

Helloo, sooo this is going to be a short, little spiel about Ron-- not too much detail as we already know most of his background but hopefully this will help spur some plots into action. Sorry in advance because I know this is a mess of tidbits about him and nothing really ‘intro-y’ about it really. <3

Ron’s issue with jealousy and want for attention stemmed from his family. With that many siblings and being the youngest of the boys, he seemed to always be hungry for being put first. As most middle children, he felt small because anything he would do his brothers had already done it. Aside from selfish feelings, he absolutely loves every single one of the weasleys. his mother and father are loving as are his siblings ( as loving as a sibling can be ). they were a happy famliy and ron was happy with them even if he always seemed to be last in line.

Ron wasn’t the quietest child. He tended to have a lot of emotional outbursts, mostly due to the endless pranks the twins played on him but also he just couldn’t swallow feelings. If he was upset he couldn’t hold his tongue for the life of him-- marking him as curt and, during his childhood, a bit of crybaby. 

 Between Harry Potter and Hermione Granger, hogwarts proved to be interesting for him. While the former was world famous for killing ‘you-know-who’ and the latter for being the brightest witch of her age, ron found himself a step behind them usually. He, in his opinion, was so painfully average. But that was familiar to him and he never complained. He loved his friends, like he loved his siblings, and he’d support them no matter what.

Ron, despite his sharp tongue at times, was kind, generous and understanding when many others weren’t. He gave and owned up to things that were his fault and listens when someone else has a problem.

Random Tidbits: 

He loves a good game of chess. You ask how he could be a master of a complicated game like that before he even enters hogwarts? he learned from his father, who quite hilariously sucks at it. He doesn’t really play conventionally, say like hermione would, he’s all about going against textbook strats. But there aren’t very many who could play against him and win.

Ron’s reason for liking the Chudley Cannons is pretty simply put as he empathizes with the whole ‘you try real hard but you still arent succeeding’ thing.

As for learning magic, i think he felt the same as his brothers, fred and george, It was fun to learn more but the whole ‘lets write essays about it’ is so dumb, in his opinion. He does enough though. He does try and he succeeds--- he would just rather learn hands on. 

Speaking of classes, he hates divination. He thinks its all some sort of bs but i think  Trelawney’s would have seen so much potential in him as he’s correctly predicted most everything that happens. And I could see him doing well in class but just not paying attention enough to know that he was??

Swearing is second nature to him. Thanks to his brothers and his mother. He literally can’t speak without those words or even the toned down versions-- something Arthur had tried to teach him though it never really stuck until McGonagall.

Ron’s favorite color is a rusty orange. 

That boy would live and die for any sort of food but he especially loves his mother’s cooking-- especially when he doesn’t have to share it.

Probably would give u the shirt off his back if you needed it.

Loves a warm butterbeer and has been known to not shy away from alcohol despite him being a lightweight.

Will go to war for his best friends and try his damnedest to keep them all alive.
