Really specific OC iteration: At a young age, Rock got very involved in art communities on deviantart. Her mom has always been a toy collector and she's been a fan of MLP her entire life, getting especially invested in the newest iteration that came out when she was 13.
He received significant online notoriety very young and was not equipped to deal with it. She received a lot of harassment for hanging out with creeps and predators as a 15 year old, only pushing her further into those circles. At 17 he tried to erase all of his online presence and rebrand completely. A decade later, youtube videos are still sometimes made about the "controversy"...
