Sirius' Love Language

A/N: it's probably not my best headcanon because I wrote this in so many intervals as my exams are going on, *ignores the glare from my economics books*. It's for @with1love1anu 's headcanon challenge. Congratulations, lovely! I hope you like it.

Pairing: Sirius Black x reader

Warning: fluff. A lot of it.

Summary: how Sirius shows you his love.

Sirius Orion Black

One of the most popular and handsome guys in Hogwarts was whipped for you

And lucky for him, you were also in love with him

I mean how can you resist those dusky grey eyes which appear like night sky

Or that lovely scent of cinnamon mixed with leather, lemons, and mint that dances in the air wherever he goes

Or that smile that makes even Greek gods jealous

Or those cheeky winks that he gave while you both were in potions, facing one another

Okay

In all

You were falling for him

Hard.

And somehow you managed the courage to go to him to ask him out

And just as you approached him

He asked you out

Coincidence?

Maybe.

But yes, you both started dating

And it wasn't easy dating him, yk.

No it wasn't because of those jealous glares you got

You could give more fucks about what a crocodile do in its free time than those stares.

It was difficult dating him because he seemed to recoil from any affection

Yet you were patient and let him get comfortable

And oh boy

It took a few months

But when he got comfortable with you

It was heaven

Sirius isn't good with words

Because obviously he grew up in the most loving house where cruciatus curse never was used as punishments and it never got too bad for him to runaway.

Obviously not.

So yeah

He turned to physical affection

He just had to be holding your hand

If not that

Then cuddling

There is nothing in between

"I am sorry, Minnie, but my healer has told me to hold her hand at all costs or I might just die!"

"And who is your healer, Black?"

"James Potter."

*James stands up and bows dramatically, giving a wink to Sirius before sitting down*

You only roll your eyes with a smile and just hold his hand tighter

After a point the teachers ignored you two

Because at least you made him focus in class

Or tried to.

He just had to press a kiss to your knuckles in every half an hour

And you did the same

Actually more than he did because seeing his smile

That melted your heart and soul and made you feel so warm

So you see the deal is

That Sirius is a legend when it comes to disappearing with James

At first you were like, "they're probably pranking someone."

But nuh-uh

That wasn't the case

They were doing their business

Of candies and snacks

It was completely anonymous and they both started it when they were in their second year

And now it's your seventh year and still nobody knows it

Not even moony or peter

But you caught them when they were sending an owl to deliver the snacks to one or their customers

"guys?"

"oops."

So yeah

They told you about it

And they were mainly doing it because Sirius knew from the starting that he would runaway from his family so they were making money for him

And this boy was a brilliant businessman

They had earned thousands of galleons over the years and they were too good at this

So yeah

You started helping them too

And Sirius was so happy when you helped

He didn't know why

But he just knew that he had to smolder you in kisses

So that night when you slept with him

He had pressed so many tiny kisses on your beautiful face

Because he was just so happy that you're this supportive

"I love you so much."

And that was the first time he said I love you

And you had cried

You never mind him not saying those three exquisite words

Because his everyday actions were enough to scream that he loved you

But he said those words to you?????

And he sorta freaked out

BECAUSE WHAT THE FUCK IS HAPPENING?? WHAT DID I DO???? I SHOULD HAVE LISTENED TO ALICE WHEN SHE WAS BLABBERING ABOUT A ROMANTIC NOVEL DURING THE LUNCH

But he stopped freaking out and hugged you

And you just sorta tackled him into a hug

And when you stopped crying he asked why did you cry

"because you said I love you to me." 👉🏼👈🏼🥺

And Sirius chuckled and kissed you

Because you're too adorable for your own good

He started saying how much he loved you just a lil

Like just

"love you" *pecks on cheek before giving a smile and sauntering away to his class*

"looking pretty, love."

Because as much as he had a good hold on his language

He just never found right words

But it's fine

His actions yelled out that he loved you

He would make tea for you when you were studying in the evening.

Would definitely make sure you eat as you tell him about a novel you read

Because boi do you get excited

He would take out small amounts of money from his savings from the business and would buy you gifts

And he was happy that you found joy in small things

He knew he is getting a gazillion kisses for getting you that novel you have been wanting to read for months

He would drag along his friends to find the prettiest of flowers for you from the forbidden forest

He would buy you those small rings that don't cost a lot of money but still look pretty

He would notice a lot of things about you over the years and he just knew what to give

A muggle Polaroid camera?

Done.

That sweater would look so pretty on you.

Got it.

You are running low on chocolates?

Lol impossible, he has a business of the very thing.

He would definitely make you sleep with him every night because he sleeps so much better with you

He would always kiss you when he sees you in the room that he walks in

No matter what, that's the law for him

He would cuddle with you every single day

But on Sundays

You guys just cuddled and did nothing else.

Which is also the reason why that you guys stay up on Friday and do all the work and on Saturday he is with his friends and you are with yours

Because on Sundays from the moment you wake up, you need to be in his arms or you might as well kill someone with a fork

I hope that someone is voldy or Peter or Bellatrix

Cause of death: angry girl with a fork 😂

Yeah

So you guys had so many cuddle positions

The spoons, ofc

Him laying on your chest

Him laying on you

And vice versa for both the cases

Sitting on his lap and him wrapping you two in a blanket as you two would talk in front of the fire

He would tell you about his pranks

And you would just make them better

"so after Lucius bullied those first year kids, I wanna put a dungbomb in his goblet"

"charm it to explode with pink glitter."

"THAT'S MY GIRL!"

He also expressed his love by singing to you

You would rest your head on his chest as he would sing to you while playing with your hair

He would pick up the songs that would express his unspoken feelings

And sometimes you will cry too

Because

Obviously Marauders would tease you guys to be so lovey dovey

"Have you charmed my best friend to stick with you, y/n/n?"

*eyeroll* "no, I don't need to follow him around a lost puppy like you do to Evans, James."

Sirius would be wheezing at that one

And he knew you said the pun of the lost puppy delibrately

"I have the best girl in the world, sucks for you tossers."

Everyone eyerolls except for you

You just kiss your boyfriend on his lips

You guys bet that you are the most adorable in the history of Hogwarts

A/N: I just think that candy business makes sense because obviously Sirius comes from a Slytherin family and one quality that he has adopted is to be resourceful and so that's what he do to get him that gold in his Hogwarts days. And don't worry, he gave the share to James too.

Headcanons for a museum and art gallery date with Sirius please?

A date with Sirius at a museum/art gallery would include...

alright so Sirius would be waiting outside the entrance nervously

messing with his hair and shifting his weight between his two feet

when he finally sees you, he’d be in utter awe

you would look so beautiful he wouldn’t be able to comprehend

his hands suddenly felt a little sweaty.

but as soon as you smiled and said hello, all fears would wash away.

this was you

you’d walk around the gallery, marvelling at all the beautiful pieces of art on the walls

some very large and some more quaint but all beautiful

sirius would be looking at you, and how your eyes were so wide with wonder.

how beautiful you looked as you smile up at the art pieces

he would think that you belonged in a portrait like that. how amazing you would look

he would think how well you would fit in, in an era like that, posing while someone painted you

he’d be pulled away from his trance by you patting him in the shoulder

“Sirius? are you alright?”

he wouldn’t be able to say anything

he’d cup your jaw and pull you into him, gliding his lips against yours in a room full of magnificent paintings

The marauders dyeing the readers hair would include...

You would be too scared to do it on your own

and you wouldn’t have any girl friends to help you do it

so you’d enlist the marauders

because they were your best friends

they’d be totally up for it, promising that they’d do exactly what you told them

not letting anything bad happen

you would want to trust them, but you’d have you doubts

you’d all go into Moaningn Myrtle’s bathroom where you wouldn’t be disturbed

you’d get the dye, prepare it for them and hand them all gloves so they wouldn’t stain their hands

Now Remus would be overlooking, to make sure all goes well and everything you were saying, they were doing

James would kind of take a back seat at first

you were dying it this light shade of pink, so you had been slowly bleaching your hair so the colouring would work

all they had to do was get the pink in

they’d make it out as if it was a project

delicately painting the dye onto your hair

“alright guys, i don’t want to be here forever,”

at which point James would shove Sirius out of the way and begin doing it properly

and Sirius would join back in, getting the sides of your hair done

“alright now underneath”

and James would lift your hair up while Sirius would get the dye everywhere underneath

in the end, their gloves would be discarded to the floor, one sticking to Sirius’ uniform

and their hands covered in dye

you’d laugh at the sight of that as would the rest of them

then, you’d wait a little while before tipping your head over the sink while Remus would help you wash it all out

“Why are you washing it all out if we just dyed it?”

“Sirius this is how it works, the dye sets in and you wash the remaining bits out so you aren’t looking crusty”

Remus would hand you the towel (that you bright from the dorm room) to dry your hair

but it’d be evening now and your hair wet so it wouldn’t be easy to see your new pink locks

so you’d wait until morning

and as you would wake up, all three of them would be sitting on your bed gawking at your new hair

“is it really that bad?”

you’d rush over to the mirror and take a look at your new hair.

your smile would be enormous

it would be a beautiful blush pink and it’d suit you perfectly

“no, you look beautiful”

remus lupin headcanons of cuddles on the couch after a long day?

As you’d come to him after a long day, you would see him reading a book on the couch

And you wouldn’t do much, just plop down his lap as he would releasing a faint, “heyyy” before looking at you and realizing just how tired you were.

He would keep his book aside and spread his limbs a little so you could get comfortable

“Long day?” he would say as you would place your head on his chest and nod.

He would wrap his arms around you and rub your arms as you would slowly relax under his touch

He would place butterfly kisses all over your face

Remus would then launch into some story he was told as a child and you would feel your worries fade away

You would start to feel drowsy as he would run his hand through your hair

And you would fall asleep

As you would wake up the next morning

You would find yourself in bed wearing one of his t-shirts surrounded by pillows

And you would wonder how amazing of a boyfriend Remus was.

Okay so I have a request, can you maybe do a marauders x reader (you can decide x which one of them) where they sneak out of the castle and try to explore a little muggle village nearby?

You say which one, I say Sirius XD

Sirius couldn’t sleep that night

He got up and crept into your dorm.

“(Y/n)… (Y/n)… wake up!”

“What Sirius?” you would mumble in your sleepy haze

“(Y/n) please I can’t sleep, let’s go out!”

And you would look at him and smile

You knew the week had been pretty rough on him

“Okay.”

So you wore the biggest coat you could get hold of and sneaked out with Sirius under James cloak

As you would reach the village you would remove the cloak and stroll through the city peacefully hand in hand with him

You would stop boy some vendors and buy some key chains for Sirius’s bike

He would go a tad bit crazy wanting each and everyone and you’d drag him away

You would take him towards a pizza place and you would happily eat the amazing hot slice

And Sirius would frown just a little

Sirius did not have muggle money and thus you were paying for everything

“What?”

“I’m the boyfriend, I’m supposed to pay for all this stuff.”

And you would roll your eyes

“You’re my boyfriend, not my wallet, idiot!”

And he would hide his small smile behind the pizza

The two of you would stop by the ice-cream truck and order big ice-cream swirls

“Oh, this is so amazing!” Sirius would moan after licking it.

“Yeah? try mine.” You would say but as he would move to your cone you’d kiss him making him groan.

“So, which one’s better?” you’d ask cheekily.

“I think nothing can ever compare to that.”

As the two of you would get tired, you would just lay on the grass looking at the stars

“I love you, (Y/n)”

“I love you too, Sirius.”

I think we would all agree that he is one adorable guy

Now, after he realizes he is in love with you, he spends hours thinking how is he should tell you just that

Because you are his girl, and he wants it to be really special

And he finally decided

You get a beautiful blue letter in the morning which said, “Come meet me near our secret enclave”

And you would smile seeing the lavenders because you totally love them

You would go there all excited because you could feel that your boyfriend had planned something really good.

You reach there but find it empty

“James?”

And there is a blast of dry colours around you

And James comes and winks at you

“Like it?”

“It’s fantastic you say looking around the coloured floor.”

James pulled in and kissed you and you were only too happy to comply

He pulled back and said it, “I love you”

You let a small smile play on your lips.

“Did you plan all this just to say I love you?”

And his eyes would widen and he would stutter

“You’re such a sap!”

He would groan and start to turn but you would pull him back and kiss

“But unfortunately, I am totally in love with this sap.”

Sirius Black

You had often told Sirius, that you loved him.

He would smile widely and pull you in a bruising kiss every single time

You didn’t feel really bad

You knew he was a private person

So, you waited for him to come at his own time.

Sirius on the other hand was totally whipped for you

He did love you

Very much to be honest

It was just that, he never said it to anyone before

And didn’t have the courage

You were cuddling with Sirius in front of the fire place

His hands were on your waist drawing slow circles

He kept leaving chaste kisses all over your neck and you had it.

You turned and straddled him and kissed him

You pulled away and started placing kisses along his jaw as his eyes shut from how it felt

You nibbled a little at the end and he sucked in a breath

“I love you, I love you so so much.” He whispered and you looked at him

Remus told you he loved you out of the blue

You were on and on about this book you’d just finished

And he had never found you more adorable

And he just said it.

“I love you.” He said and widened his eyes.

Your head snapped towards him

“What did you just say?”

“Nothing.” He said as he turned red in the face

“You love me.” You whispered as he looked at you thinking whether it was too early to say it

You pulled him into a kiss moving your lips eagerly against his as he gasped and moaned

You pulled back loving his fuzzed state and just how red his lips had become

Remus would totally be up for study dates, dating you or not but in this hc he would definitely be dating you.

He would be wrapped around your finger just by your beautiful face and would totally melt when he knew you loved reading too.

You would normally do it in the common room (his or yours), his dormitory, under a tree near the black lake, or just in a comfortable spot in the library.

If you guys were in the library, you would be beside each other, hands intertwined under the table.

If you were in any other spot mentioned, you would be sitting in between his legs, leaning against his chest while holding the same book for the two of you to read.

Meanwhile, he would have his arms wrapped around your waist and his chin on your shoulder, occasionally kissing your neck as if you would stop him.

Tickle fights.

He would definitely tickle you at unsuspecting times.

Which leads you to your position under him with the grass under your back.
