Roxie Logan. 25 year old badass from Atlanta. Currently travelling with a group I met in the city. I'd say not to mess with me, but I sorta like kicking ass and taking names. So, fuck with me if you want. Just be prepared for me to hand your ass right back to you.

[Leaning over to grab a box full of bags of chips and other preservable foods, she set it up on the counter before turning to face him once again.] Have at it. It isn't all that satisfying, but it's something, right? [She bit her lip in thought for a moment.] It's kind of sad, but I think I'm losing track of time. I want to say about two weeks.. Maybe. How'd you find it, anyway? If you don't mind, that is.
[He smiles and bites his bottom lip which holds back a chuckle, feeling only the smallest of embarrassment but overall thankful.] S-So, um, h-how long have you and the others been here? [He follows to the kitchen and still cautiously looks around out of habit.]

[She shook her head at his words as she led him into the kitchen.] Nah, I don't think so. We all have to eat and you seem relatively harmless. [she joked with a laugh.] Oh, and it's no problem.
[After hesitating, he followed her.] T-That’s quite nice of you. W-What about t-the others? They w-won’t get mad, will they?

"It's alright," she said with a shrug, leaving out the fact that she had all but pushed her abusive father into a crowd of walkers so her mother and sister could escape. "Sorry about yours." With a smirk, she gave him a nod. "Oh yeah, guess it was just in my blood."
I don't know what I'm doing. (open)
“Oh yeah? Sorry to hear about your dad. I can relate.” He winced at the slight lie and ran his hands through his hair, pulling it out of his face. “So. You’re a trouble maker huh?”

I thought you might be. Come on then. [She smiled, waving for him to follow her.] We have a good bit here, we'll find you something.
Um…y-you too. [He gives a small smile.] Yes, j-just a little.

Yeah, that would be me. Hmm.. I guess it all depends on what you want to know. So, I'll give you the basics and you can ask questions, if you want. I'm twenty-five, grew up in Atlanta. I was pretty much always in trouble growing up even up to not. I worked as a hair stylist in the city. I had just got home from work when I found out about this walker bullshit. Anyway, my dad died in the city and I lost track of my mom and sister, but I know they got out.
I don't know what I'm doing. (open)
No. No. Never too late at all. Tell me, Roxie, right? Tell me more about yourself?

It's nice to meet you, Jared. [Smiles softly, actually feeling sorry for how nervous he is.] Are you hungry or anything?..
[He’s silent for a moment before finally nodding.] I’m J-Jared.

I am, it's sort of a new hobby, to be honest. Hmm.. I think you should have. But you can always start watching me now. It's never too late, right?
I don't know what I'm doing. (open)
Oh you’re a people watcher too? Guess I shoulda’ started watchin’ you a lot sooner. Huh?

Yeah, I know exactly what you mean. It's pretty much the same for my family. My mother couldn't defend herself from anyone.
Hello.
Maybe. My brother was never the best at self-defense, but even if he’s a walker, I’d want to put him down. He doesn’t deserve to be one of those things.

[She gave him a smile, equally relieved that he wasn't a walker, though she refused to let any fear show.] It's alright, no worries. We've been here for a while with no problem. It's alright for now, promise. I'm Roxie, and you are?
I-I know. [He looked at her, feeling some relief in knowing there were other people here.] S-Sorry. None that y-you know of, huh? [He glanced over his shoulder.]

Yeah, I tend to do about the same. Still, I keep an eye out now and again. Just because even in the face of the Apocalypse, people watching is still interesting.
I don't know what I'm doing. (open)
Hmm. Haven’t noticed. I’ve been at the farm for about- a month now. Minding my own business.

Seems like you new people come in in herds or something. Anyway, nice to meet you, Nick. I'm Roxie Logan.
I don't know what I'm doing. (open)
Oh you know. Just the new guy. What can I say? Name’s Nick. Nick Halden. And you’re…?

[Roxie uncrossed her legs as she examined the man in front of her. He seemed harmless enough, looked a bit scared even. Giving him a shrug, she smirked.] There are a few of us here, yeah. Might want to be more careful you know. [She frowned slightly before standing up.] But you should relax a little bit, I don't want you having a heart attack on me right here. You're safe, no walkers that I know of.
[As soon as he heard a voice he jumped, his pulse hitching for several long moments as he turned to her.] Oh m-my… [He briefly looked down at his feet, attempting to compose himself. He switched to hold his bat with his right hand when his left hand felt sweaty.] I-I didn’t know you were, I didn’t know a-anyone was here. [He looked down again, mentally scorning himself. If it had been a walker, he would be dead by now.]

Pretty damn good. And who are you? I'm sure I haven't seen those baby blues around before.
I don't know what I'm doing. (open)

But how the hell are ya?

That's how I've felt for a while. Maybe we can find them, all of them.
Hello.
Exactly. Nothing left to lose.

You'd do that?.. That's a big risk for someone you just met. But I guess us ghosts have nothing to lose, eh?
Yeah, I know what you mean. That's why I had to make sure my mom and sister got out of the city. I couldn't have stood either one of them getting.. ripped apart like that.
Hello.
I’d help you look for your parents.
Don’t worry about me. I’m used to it. It’s better off that way, I think if they came with me I’d be weaker because if they would have got bitten by a walker in front of me, It’d hurt a lot more.
