Who would not be excited to plan his own home building? A big majority of us would agree that this is a process where every member of the family would be excited to share his or her idea. The planning of a home construction is a very challenging work.
Everyone who desires to build his own home can participate in its planning. The planning activity depends on the idea you have in mind. The bigger the house you would like to build, the bigger the plan and work you will need to undertake.
Steps To Take In Planning
Before you can start you planning session, the idea or the need of building a house must have been fixed already. After identifying your specific requirement of a home building project, sit down and follow these steps.
1. Finalize your preference on the kind of building you would like to build. If you are just starting a family, a single detached bungalow could be the right choice. However, your requirement might be different if you have already several grown-up kids who will need individual rooms. treasure at tampines location  This situation will of course demand the thought of building a two story home or a one story that will utilize all available spaces in your lot.
2. Decide on the civil works and architectural design of the building. What would be the material component of your house? Will it be built with light materials, concrete or a combination of both? What would be its architectural designs? The materials to be incorporated from floor to ceiling must be chosen and finalized.
3. Prepare the technical specifications of the home building materials. You need to identify the specific materials to be used to serve as guide during the construction process. The brand name, technical descriptions, measurements, and the material suppliers as well as their locations need identification.
4. Make a draft of the building plans complete with details. After a careful review of your requirements on the house, start drafting the construction plans with supporting plans. Cross-check your technical specifications and the plans for every aspect of the work.
5. Prepare an estimated cost of the house base on current prices with allowance for price increase during the actual construction. Compute the direct cost of materials and labor, overhead and contractor's profit plus taxes. Use a cost sheet per item of work so that every work is accounted for in the preparation of the cost estimates.
6. Review the construction plans vis-a-vis the cost estimates prior to finalizing the two.
If you lack the technical capabilities to do some of the above steps, consult a technical person who is well-versed on the topics, but don't drop out of the planning process. The excitement of each process is worth participating!

In the year 2003, our world was invaded by pirates! Savage as they are, they tore our hearts out and spread fear all over with the use of the silver screen when Pirates of the Caribbean: Curse of the Black Pearl was unleashed in cinemas in July of that year. After its huge success, it was then followed two more movies, The Dead Man's Chest and At World's End. All three Disney movies were produced by the renowned producer of blockbuster films, Jerry Bruckheimer and were directed by the equally talented Gore Verbinski. Because of its great storyline, incredible make up and costume, captivating portrayal of characters and mind blowing special effects, the trilogy has a combined gross of over a 2.7 billion dollars in ticket sales and merchandise worldwide! If that is not successful, then no one knows what success is!
The movies' endearing story, funny antics and unending humor has kept movie fanatics wanting for more. Aside from the breathtaking technical aspect of the three films, the thing that has also captivated the viewers are the characters of the movie. Its main casts include Orlando Bloom, who played the blacksmith protagonist Will Turner, Keira Knightley, as the fierce and beautiful Elizabeth Swann, Geoffrey Rush as the cunning Captain Hector Barbossa, Bill Nighy as the overall antagonist, treasure at tampines brochure  Davy Jones and last but definitely not least, Johnny Depp as the charming and humorous pirate Jack Sparrow.
Jack Sparrow is considered to be one of the most beloved characters by many in movie history. He has influenced a lot of people from his unique hair to his worn out attire. Since the release of the first movie, a lot of people became very fond of doing Jack Sparrow impersonations. They use it for shows, special events and even for Halloween parties. Jack Sparrow costumes are not as hard and complicated as the typical witch or zombie ones. If you like to make yourself a Jack Sparrow avatar then I suggest you read on!
In creating a Jack Sparrow costume all you need to have is a lot of makeup, a hand full of accessories, a ton of creativity and loads and loads of fun! I bet everyone can come up with these ingredients as fast as 1-2-3! You can start making yourself a Jack Sparrow look by having a picture of the real Jack Sparrow. This will be your guide in making yourself look like a real breathing pirate. First to thing to do is his unique hair style. If you don't want to do dreads on your hair, you can always try to curl or roughen it up to look like a pirate's. For short-haired pirate wannabes, you can try buying dread lock wigs as substitute. To authenticate its Jack Sparrow look, you can add beads, buttons, coins and feathers. This will help you look more like Johnny Depp's character. A thought to keep in mind is that the shabbier the look, the better! As for the hat, if you already have the exact replica then great, but if you don't, then do not fret! You can always improvise and use bandannas to wrap around the top of your head. This is actually also worn by Jack Sparrow in the movie. Just remember, all you have to do is to be resourceful!
In doing the makeup, the most highlighted ones are his eyes. You can try putting on heavy eye shadow around the eyes, to make it look more mysterious and daring. You can also use black yarns for the goatee of Jack Sparrow. As for the teeth, you can try adding gold foils around it to make it look like gold just like pirate teeth. The last thing that you need to do is your wardrobe. As much as possible do not buy new ones! Always look first inside your closet and see which ones are available. You can use a worn out white long sleeved shirt, topped with a rugged looking brown vest. Then you can wear dark brown baggy pants matching a heavy buckled belt and old boots. You can also have a fake sword to go with the outfit to complete the perfect Jack Sparrow look that will surely be a great hit during the Halloween season!

treasure at tampines price
I'm a self-confessed technophobe. I have never sent a text message or taken a photo with a cell phone; played a video game or watched a movie on a personal DVD player. In fact, I never quite mastered working the video machine so I could be a lost cause altogether. But not quite...not since I discovered geocaching - the latest outdoor craze to hit treasure hunting enthusiasts across the world. Because, to be successful at geocaching you need to be familiar with a global positioning unit or gps for short...and I am pleased to say, I not only have said unit, but I can use it!
So what is this activity that crumbled my technical resistance? Well, to start with it's a great way of getting out and about with the family, the dog, or just for a solo outing. And it's a treasure hunt as well.
In hundreds of thousands of locations across the globe, people have hidden small containers in which they've put a logbook or notepad and a few trinkets such as small toys, key rings, fridge magnets etc. The co-ordinates of the cache locations are then recorded online so that geocachers can download the information into their gps units and go out and search for them. Seems simple? Not always the case as some caches can be tucked away in some very obscure spots. And as gps units are only accurate to around 7 metres, it can be challenging when you are looking for a cache in a heavily wooded or rock strewn area.
We spent 2 hours with some friends, in a California redwood forest on a sun drenched day in September, scrambling up trails and around rocks, searching for what turned out to be an Altoids tin treasure at tampines private  tucked into a hole in a tree. You would think we'd found real buried treasure with the whooping and hollering that went on. Neatly folded inside the tin was a thin strip of paper to record our name and date of the find, a little brass dog and a Grand Canyon key ring. After much consideration we took the key ring, and left in its place a CN Tower fridge magnet. Back at the car we made a note of what we had taken and left behind in the cache for later recording on the geocaching website.
Finding a Travel Bug adds interest and fun for all. This is a dog tag obtainable from Groundspeak, the company behind geocaching.com. Movement of these traceable tags from cache to cache is recorded online so they can be tracked around the world. We brought a tag back to Ontario, Canada that we found on our California vacation that had originated in Hawaii. It's now been placed in a new location for the next geocacher to find. We left a bug of our own in a cache in Jenner, California. When we recorded its location on the website we gave it a goal to find its way back to Ontario via at least 5 US states. Each time it is moved, we get an email to let us know where it is now. This is such a great way to get the kids learning geography!

treasure at tampines brochure
There are about 150,000 of them spread throughout 213 countries and you need satellites to help you find them. What are they? They're geocaches and geocaching is a sport that is quickly gaining popularity.
The geocaches come in all different sizes and shapes. Usually stored in a waterproof container, these caches are treasures of minimal value. The container is often a Tupperware container or ammo box. The "treasures" can be just about anything you can imagine: a mini--stapler; a toy soldier; foreign coins.
How do you find them? That's the satellite part. If you haven't been in a cave for the last five years, you've probably heard of the Global Positioning System, or GPS. Just in case you're one of the cave people, GPS is a system of 24 satellites orbiting the earth at an altitude of 11,000 miles. A small handheld receiver, a little larger than a cell phone, picks up signals from the satellites and can pinpoint your position anywhere on earth, sometimes as accurately as 3 meters.
If you go to Geocaching.com you can enter your location by ZIP Code, state, or country and get a list of caches in your area. Each listing has a log of who found the cache, when it was found, and usually what trinkets were taken and left.
You are given the coordinates of the cache in degrees of longitude and latitude. Enter those numbers in your GPS and start following that little handheld device. It may sound easy, but depending on the individual cache, it can be a challenge.
Some examples of hiding places are in holes at the base of large trees, holes in the face of a cliff, and some are even treasure at tampines private  found in urban areas. One is under a bridge accessible only by rope. Another clever place was created when a cable company worker attached an empty cable connection box to the side of a building.
As you can imagine, public parks are popular places for hiding caches. However, they're not allowed in National Parks in the U.S. Geocachers, being outdoor sort of people, are mostly ecologically--minded, and there is even a "cache in trash out" program that promotes participants picking up trash that they may find while hunting treasure. Many places require permits for placing caches. Park authorities' main concern is damage to sensitive areas such as wetlands or locations of endangered flora or fauna.
GPS receivers start at about $75.00 US and can be purchased at some department stores, sporting goods stores, or ordered online. Amazon.com often has very good prices. Geocaching really is a lot of fun and it's a great way to get outdoors and get some exercise.

Coin Hunting or 'Coin Shooting' as it's often called, is not only very fun to do, but it can easily be very profitable. Finding just one gold piece or any rare coin can easily pay for the cost of the metal detector. When it comes to Coin Hunting or 'Coin Shooting', there are some places that I call 'hot spots', or the best places.
Riverbanks - Ponds - Lakes - Swimming Holes: These locations are true treasure hunting top spots. The Riverbank is a huge area that can provide a lifetime of detecting. River banks were used as ferry crossings, and some had covered bridges with toll stations. The local old timers may be able to tell you where the local fishing and old swimming spots were. Remember many of the old fishing spots were also drinking and partying spots, and at the swimming holes a lot of people took off their outer clothes, losing change as they did. And going back even earlier in the years, folks would take their clothes to the riverbanks to wash them in the water. The same goes for old farm ponds, many were used as a favorite summer time swimming spot or picnic area. The banks and shores of rivers, ponds, streams, lakes etc, are great locations for coins, jewelry, trinkets and more.
Schools - Churches: These are also 'HOT' areas for metal detecting, most towns or even rural areas have a school, some have multiple ones. Schools that are currently open during school season are a great place to find modern coins and even a few clad coins, also numerous treasure at tampines condo  trinkets, diecast cars, and cheaper jewelry items can easily be found on modern school grounds.
If you are as lucky as I am, then you live in a rural or country area that keeps a lot of their old buildings. I know where there are two old buildings that served as one room school houses, these places were open in the late 1800's to the early 1940's. Just imagine the wonderful finds these old grounds may be hiding. The old one room school houses also served as churches, social halls, farm grange buildings, and as meeting places for scouts, ladies aid societys and more.
Many old Churches and one room school houses had there own treasure chests, that's right. When these buildings were constructed, the local kids and adults would bury a chest on the grounds or under a corner stone of the building. The chest was a sort of time capsule containing coins, newspapers and other unique items from the time when the building was erected. Many of these old buildings rotted away over time, and folks forgot about the buried time capsule located near the corner stone.
Searching the land a church is on is like searching for a pirates loot, you never know what you may find. And a lot of churches are very old, even many of the modern ones are like schools, they are built on the grounds where old ones stood. Churches were often the first buildings built in many towns. Right here where I live are numerous churches, and one was built in the early 1700's. Church buildings not only housed people on sundays but, most were wedding sites, reception halls, dance halls, dinner sites, ice cream social locations, group meeting spots and much more.
Woods - The woods can be awesome for metal detecting if one knows what to look for. Look for old paths, those are great places to detect along. Old paths in the woods served as shortcuts to open fields for farmers to get their equipment through, or for cattle to follow and more. In a wooded area not far from where I grew up as a child I know where there is an old path, now grown up with trees and bushes, most folks would overlook it or not know it's history. My grandfather and dad built the road by blasting stumps with dynamite and by hand cutting trees. They used the path to quickly get tractors, and other farm machinery to another open field below the woods. Just imagine the number of times my own dad and grandfather probably sat along that old road, eating their lunch or sipping some cool lemonaid underneath the shade of a large tree. Any time someone sat along a road eating lunch, they would often pull an old cloth hanky from their pocket to blow their nose or even wipe their mouth, often losing some pocket change at the same time.
Another rare but great metal detecting site that can often be found in the woods is old stone foundations and old stone chimneys, each has the potential for a rare gold coin or a jar of old silver dollars. Remember at one time this old stone foundation or fireplace was part of a familys home, with kids playing, parties and numerous outdoor activities.

Becoming acquainted with the brilliance, mysteries, dark corners, mystical winds, hidden terrors and clairvoyant murmurings of the unconscious mind is a process that enriches and expands our life journey. The icon of psychoanalysis Carl Jung speaks of the lifelong relationship with his unconscious:"My life is a story of the self-realization of the unconscious...my encounters with the "other" reality, my bouts with the unconscious, are indelibly engraved upon my memory."
The unconscious is our constant companion from our earliest days until our last breath. The power of the unconscious mind cannot be underestimated. It is the source of sublime art, musical genius, soaring words, acts of courage and compassion as well as unspeakably destructive cruel deeds and plots, treachery, and grinding physical and psychological pain. With the unconscious we fly to the heights and plummet below the earth.
The unconscious manifests itself to us in a variety of ways: through dreams, fantasies, automatic writing, reverie, psychic messages, visions. Wherever there is an opportunity in the mind and heart, the unconscious will find an avenue to reach you.
Dreams are cosmic gems that come to us when we reach a specific zone of consciousness called REM (rapid eye movement) sleep. The unconscious creates several dreams each night. Many people say:"I never dream." This is likely to be untrue. Most dreams are treasure at tampines condo  never remembered or quickly forgotten. An excellent way of remembering dreams and using them creatively is to write them down, after awakening. Another method is to take in your dreams upon awakening and allowing them to resonate within you. Dreams fade very quickly. Their interpretation and the creativity that comes as a result is available to those who pay consistent attention to them.
Dreams have many functions. They can preserve our physical health and psychological sanity. They warn us of physical dangers and catastrophes about to strike. They tell us through their exquisite symbolism exactly where we are and where we are headed, psychologically and spiritually. Dreams are sentinels and guides that communicate with us throughout our lives. If we learn to listen intently to our dreams, we become the beneficiaries of their wisdom.
A brilliant suspense writer and intellectual kept dream books for many years and spoke about "eating her dreams" (digesting them) with her morning coffee. With her tremendous gifts of intellect, imagination, extraordinary writing skills, and the use of her unconscious, she created a rich living legacy of psychological suspense literature, plays, movies, and television dramas.
The gifts of the unconscious are immeasurable. Making the effort to become well acquainted with the fruits of your unconscious, can protect your physical and psychological health, expand consciousness and ignite creativity. The unconscious is a life companion that rewards those who open its mystical doors.

This was it, the big one. The one we'd been waiting for, the one we had been looking forward to so much. And it didn't disappoint. We had a brilliant time. It confirmed, yet again, that one of the things I really like about cruising is its leisurely pace. It is the opposite of cars and traffic with all their rush and noise. Just being on a cruise calms you down. Just being on Equinox cheers you up. It is a superb ship and getting to know it was a pleasure.
The passenger flow is easy, despite the ship's size. They've improved ways of managing groups on and off excursions. It all seems effortless. The food was great; we went to many great places; we met many nice people; and the sun shone. What more could you want? We often say a ship is a destination in itself. This is particularly true of Equinox, especially if you like looking at pictures. There are two types of art on board; the for-sale work and the ship's own artwork in the public areas. The latter is excellent and we found a fine descriptive catalogue in our cabin. I asked if this was free or, if not, could I buy one. It was not free, but later a complimentary copy was delivered to our stateroom. That's Celebrity style for you and, personally, I can take a lot of it. The tours and excursions we took were superb. To be overwhelmed by the pyramids, how un-cool is that? But they did overwhelm us. And so did the Sphinx. Some people say tourism is ruining the world, damaging the sites by sheer numbers. I'm not sure that's true. Were the famous places ever empty? I doubt it. I suspect there were as many people thronging Ephesus in its heyday as there are today. We were really moved by Israel, if for no other reason than to see the vast forests of trees in the desert, each one planted by hand. Massada was, for us, perhaps the highlight. It simply reduced us to silence. treasure at tampines  We loved Turkey. In Athens we were really disappointed to miss seeing the new Museum, but it was Monday, closing day. We should have known. The visit to the Dead Sea was simply amazing. Mind you, certain things can irritate, even on a cruise, especially in hot countries. One of those things is a mild skin condition known as heat rash. This can occur in many places on the human body and we needn't go in to details. The treatment for this complaint does not include soaking in a warm bath containing water with a 30% concentration of salt. I should have realised that. Instead, I plunged into the sea and almost immediately plunged out again, like one of those missiles that whoosh up from underwater when fired by submarines.
There followed a little dance on the beach. This involved upending a chair and scattering clothes, dropping my watch - kindly retrieved by another bather who hadn't yet been scalded (thank you, Sir, whoever you are) - before setting off in urgent need of a fresh water shower. I was not the only one surprised by the bathing experience. A lady near me walked into the sea backwards, still talking to a friend on the beach. The water had just about reached her knees when the buoyancy lifted her feet from under her and she toppled over backwards with a loud splash and a squawk! From the beach appeared a huge lifeguard who scooped her up and set her vertical. Shaking herself like a dog she said: 'Where did he come from? He's gorgeous!'
Other tours were equally superb although, to be honest, I had not anticipated riding a camel. Someone had ticked the box that said I would. I swung myself on to the beast and clung fast to the pommel. Led by a robed youth we set off to places where Google Maps fear to tread. At the end of the outward leg, the adolescent holding the rope stopped, looked at me and said: 'Tip!' I said: 'I'll tip you when we get back.' He said: 'Okay, we gallop!' Do you remember the music from Indiana Jones: 'Dun de dur dere, dun der dum?' Yet another fine mess you-know-who had got me into! Mrs Tick-the-Boxes hadn't finished yet. She had more fun in store. At Santorini, she signed me up for the Volcano Hot Springs excursion with its disclaimer: 'Must be able to swim 50 metres in open sea-water.' I know how her mind works. She thought, he can do that - or not - as the case may be - so tick yes! On the way to the Volcano Hot Springs, surging along on the crowded sailing boat, there was much talk about whether the water would ruin your swimming costume.
Mrs Tick-the-Boxes thought it might. She said: 'That's why I brought along something old that I'm about to throw away. Him!' she added, pointing at me. When we dropped anchor, I stood on the gangplank and viewed the distant shore. A shove in the back made up my mind as to whether I would swim or not. But it was worth it. When I finally beached, at the end of a frenzied doggy-paddle, someone covered me with handfuls of sulphurous mud. I mean, who wouldn't pay good money to have this done to them? Back on Equinox we shared a delightful dinner table most nights with friends old and new.

"When you love a man, he becomes more than a body. His physical limbs expand, and his outline recedes, vanishes. He is rich and sweet and right. He is part of the world, the atmosphere, the blue sky and the blue water." Gwendolyn Brooks quotes
Aquamarine is a precious gemstone, categorized in mineral group, beryl, along with sapphires. It is a pretty fascinating stone. All credits go to its color, the mesmerizing, emotions-arousing, blue shade of nature's envelope, i.e., sky, provided to us.
Distinct in appearance, aquamarines are fascinating kind of rocks, which are softer and soothing to senses. Its shade resembles color of seas which are so calm and serene to look at. No wonder this is one of the most extensively shopped and worn at all occasions.
This fine stone derives its name from the Latin 'aqua' denoting 'sea' and 'mare' signifying 'water'. Because of their unique captivating color, aquamarines have been symbolizing water as an element. Whereas, Greeks believed, that aquamarine amulets adorned, would save them from the wrath of sea god, Poseidon.
May be that's why mermaids got a special place in Poseidon's heart, as mythologies say that, aquamarines were first found in mermaids' treasure chests and then somehow passed on to humans.
Other facts include that aquamarine eyeglasses helped Germans to prevent shortsightedness. These petty-sized treasure at tampines  yet charming gems bring out feelings of cheerfulness along with hopefulness, amity, and harmony. Anybody possessing this pretty gemstone is believed to possess a source of happiness and wealth.
Factually, its hardness lies between 7.5-8 Mohs, making it relatively hard, as compared to other softer ones like tourmaline or quartz. Therefore, it helps while removing inclusions, if any.
Sawing is the process termed to remove inclusions, where, a diamond cutter comes in handy. Its hardness contributes towards giving it various desired cuts and shapes also.
The color decides its value. There are shades like sky blue and teal which demand more cost and add value to the price. There are aquamarines which, with a particular tantalizing, bluish shade, cut in a desired cut, with more reflective facets, sparkle more resembling a diamond. It is preferred more over a bigger price tag.
Talking about inclusions, aquamarines are wiser than other gemstones. This stone has a good clarity as compared to other precious gemstones and few inclusions. This is an 'eye clean' stone to the extent of transparency.
Bring home this alluring little transparent and spotless piece of gem in the form of rings, earrings, or pendants, which will add to your joy and wealth. You may never know you might attract the blessings of God by bringing aquamarine as a jewel stone which is a unique and amazing one of its kind.

You can then reach and out tap into the Divinity that exists within you. Vigyan Bhairav Tantra is a holistic approach to life that honors and respects all aspects of your being, including sexuality, love and spirituality. Discover it with a qualified tantra master and you will know wholeness of being like you never thought possible.
An ardent student of tantra would do well do avoid the many so-called 'commentaries' on this fabulous treasure at tampines appointment  treatise, which has its deeper meanings inbuilt within the original text in Sanskrit. The Vigyan Bhairav Tantra is not an intellectual or philosophical work that can be absorbed in a retreat or workshop. A qualified tantra teacher can instruct you in its essential teachings to aid you in your tantra lessons, but the complete work required at least a decade and a half to master.
This scripture - one of the most revered in ancient tantra - explains the exact breath techniques Gautama Buddha used to achieve spiritual enlightenment. The Buddha's Vipassana meditation method is well-known for being 'one of His techniques', but it is not generally known that it is based firmly on the Vigyan Bhairav Tantra. Most religious and spiritual schools of the world have borrowed heavily from the various methods and techniques it offers without acknowledging it as their source. For example, Gurdjieff formulated his famous techniques on the lines prescribed by this ancient tantra scripture and introduced them to the West under his own name.
The student of tantra must understand that this ancient treatise is not only about the systematization of breath. Rather, it teaches us to use breath as a technique to bring about pure consciousness. This consciousness is essential if we are to begin exploring the sexual aspects of tantra, which cannot be divorced from deep spirituality. Via the techniques taught by Vigyan Bhairav Tantra, we learn to harness energy that is otherwise wastefully expelled through mundane sexual intercourse. It changes the way we perceive sex. We learn to see it as much more than just a peaking of erotic energy that must be released and then done away with.
