What I wish for future Rune Factory protagonists...

Although it is undoubtedly a convenient and charming way to introduce a protagonist, I wish we had a protagonist who isn’t an amnesiac! Or an orphan!!! What are your guys’ thoughts?

Chiming in with support of hoping RF5 elaborates more on the fantasy races! I've seen a couple of people hope that RF5 will be set in the elven kingdom or for a non-human Protag. Since it's on the Switch I wonder if they might go with something big like having us be able to go to multiple towns somehow? Like you could start off in the Elven Kingdom but can travel to a dwarven town either through walking or another means of travel or something. Honestly I just cant wait for more info haha

That would be a dream come true! As fascinating as Norad is, I wish RF would elaborate more on the outer areas of the kingdom. So little is known about them. The possibilities are truly endless for world-building and lore! I’d be all down for living in the Elven Kingdom.  *me internally chanting: Elven Earthmate, Elven EarthMATE, ELVEN EARTHMATEEEE!!!!!”*

No seriously, think about how boss that would be. If elves are already closely tied to monsters and nature, just think about the power they’d have as an Earthmate :P

Making RF5 for the Switch definitely gives a lot more freedom in what the developers can do. By far the coolest feature in Tides of Destiny was the ability to freely travel between islands across the ginormous ocean with your badass Golem. If they could do that map with the ol’ Wii, then they can certainly make something even more extraordinary with the Switch technology they have today. *me internally chanting: bigger worlds, BIGGER WORLDS, BIGGGEERRR WORLDSSS!!!!!!!*

*ahem* but of course we always appreciate quality over quantity :D

There’s so much potential for deeper stories in RF. I too can’t wait to see what the developers will bring. Until then, you can stay tuned to Rune Factory wackos like me who are going to drive their brains mad writing up different questions and theories. haha

Woohoo! Looks like Pia and Leon really got our hearts, huh? I’m completely with you on that. Pia’s design and personality were just so incredibly charming. I’d absolutely love to unravel more lore about the mermaids of the RF world. 

After all, the whole reason I came back to this blog is so that I could spill all of my far-fetched Rune Factory theories! Hehehe but you all don’t know that yet.

And yes... Can’t forget about the fox people, haha! Leon definitely has his own type of... charm. I never thought about there being other people like him. Hmm! Interesting. I guess it depends on how popular the anime furry fandom gets, hmmmm? xD

My only wish for Rune Factory 5 is that there are more non-human romance options than there are humans. How can it call itself a fantasy Harvest Moon if half the dudes I can marry have normal looking ears. I want to smooch a sexy creacher

Haha, you know it! My life is still heckinn busy as ever, but lately I’ve been feeling really starved for some more creative, social media activities. SOOOO now I’m here again. Might take me awhile to get into my real Tumblr mojo, but who knows. I just ask for your patience in the meantime. ;)

Words cannot explain how thankful and ECSTATIC I am to have the Rune Factory community alive and active again! With more games on the way for the series, this fandom is inevitably going to grow, and I want to be a part of it in every way possible!
