Then spit out a fly. That had gotten in my straw.

Anyway. Glad I spit it out and didn’t swallow it.

I’ve been given an exclusive look at the completed “murder closet” as my mother’s been calling it.

They added a rusty knife

My mom and aunt have been cleaning out my grandmas garage for her. They got all the junk out but decided to intentionally leave some things in a closet inside the garage.

So whoever buys my grandma’s house in the future is gonna open up that closet to 3 Dolls lined up on a shelf. And a machete.

Freelancer angst time

sometimes I think too hard about like. how the ability to record audio fundamentally changed how humans interact with music. can you imagine if the only time you ever heard music in your whole life was when you or another human being in your actual physical presence decided to create it. and 99.99% of the time that person was not a professional but just like your wife or your dad or your co-worker or church choir singing or playing whatever they happened to know. i honestly don't think we can fathom it

VICTORY

I have been locked in a heated battle for the last week with one singular mosquito that’s taken up residence in my bedroom.

Every morning I am awakened by buzzing in my ear. And shortly after realize I have another bite. Usually on my hands or forearms bc it’s the most accessible part of me not under the blanket. I look for the tiny bloodsucker. It’s gone.

It’s psychological torment at this point. I fear this might be my villain origin story.
