Hi Anon! I wasn't going to post this originally— hence the screenshotted ask because the og is deleted BUT since you (presuming this is all one person??) asked so nicely (sent not one, not two, but THREE anon messages) about Five’s skin tone, I'm going to clear some things up!

1. The wonderful thing about ZR is that the characters's appearances (especially Five’s!) are up to the listener. Your Five will not look like mine nor anyone else’s. They are all unique to the individual player

2. My Five is tan because I’m biracial, I’m Mexican, and I have chosen to display Five as being such as well!

3. LEAVE ME ALONE GO AWAY SCRAM GET BE GONE show up in my inbox one more time and I’ll draw the entirety of ZR as mexicans

🎉 DTIYS Winner Time! 🎉

Hey everyone! A huge thank you to all who joined in on the DTIYS challenge!

Every entry is absolutely amazing, and it was such a blast seeing all the different takes on the original artwork! It was SO HARD to find a winner because there were so many I loved for so many reasons! Every one of you absolutely killed it! So I forced some friends to judge the entries with me and after a lot of debate (we had no debate, we used the Eurovision points system lmao) we finally had a winner!

DTIYS Entrants - Part One!

The premise of my DTIYS was simple: I wanted to see YOUR Five and YOUR Sam, because I love seeing the differences people have for those characters. And let me tell you, I was not disappointed! Every piece sent my way was wonderful in its own right, and the amount of time, effort and details people put into what I'd thought would be a simple challenge was amazing!

After getting more entries than expected, I decided it might be nice to do everything as a master post so fans of zr could use it to appreciate and discover the artists in our fandom!

In the style of all good uni students, I’m challenging deadlines and getting things done in a flurry of “oh shit that’s due this week??”

Here’s my entry for @runner5ive’s DTIYS!! This took an embarrassing amount of time but I’ve been looking for the excuse to mess around with colours and flowers and this was the perfect opportunity!! :D

(And as a lil extra, this was my first draft aka trying to map out the background)

It's really funny being obsessed with a character who isn't from a visual medium (podcasts, books, radio dramas, what have you) and thus doesn't have a canon design so you can't post screenshots or anything of them. What do you do then? Post excerpts from the text? Screenshot the waveform of them speaking? It's not like you can just steal art and post it without credit or anything sooo....
