Another Medal For The Collection: I put all my race medals on a paper mâché upper body mannequin I made of my wife a long time ago. It supports the weight of the medals like she always supports me. It was cold and windy and I took longer to finish then I would have liked, but she was still there, like she always is, with a hug, a kiss and some kind words. One day I'll get that BQ and she'll deserve the lions share of the credit. #thankyou #wifeoftheyear #shedratherbesupporting #hamiltonmarathon

#TBT to last years scotia bank marathon and the final kms aboard the pain train with @mf_jacket. I think it was right about here that I promised myself that I'd never be in this much pain again, so I trained harder and got tougher. To my @parkdaleroadrunners fam running this weekend here in Toronto and in Amsterdam, know that at some point during your race the pain will come bit also know that you can run through it. #pdrr #stwm #painface #runthroughit
