Hello, there, PAC. I’m not gonna assume too many people are still following or keeping track of this blog, but there’s just a few things I wanted to share in case anyone was ever curious about where I’ve vanished off to, since I didn’t leave such information last time around.

I did something of a hard reset on my skype last month, so about 99% of my contacts are no longer there. I don’t use it much, but anyone who wants to add me again can send an ask to my main blog to get the contact info, if they’d like?

And, well.. since I don’t really expect to do much with Ryn in the future for a number of reasons, I figured I would at least share the very last drabble I wrote for him/EVOO, way way back in February. I’d only shown it to my old shipmates at the time, but I was (and am) still rather proud of it, stylistically, so. Yeah.

I’m a little sad to admit that I didn’t get any sort of input on how EVOO eventually ended– I actually had to find out about it officially sinking on my own, several days after the fact– but that’s perhaps a topic better discussed in private.

I’d actually had a couple plots in mind to return Ryn to the PAC scene eventually, as well as finally finish off his nuzlocke, after I’d gotten some help for my anxiety and more recently diagnosed depression. But.. ultimately, all I really want is for him to have a happy ending. And bringing him back would, unfortunately, make that a little difficult. Instead, I’ll simply agree that Ryn is happy with Xave, wherever they are.

{{ ..Spur of the moment references aside, this is something rather serious that I’ve been thinking on for several weeks, now, and I guess I finally figured I ought to make it official:

My hiatus pretty much permanent from here on out.

Which I guess might be old news, at this point, but I guess this post is more for my own peace of mind than anything else.

Getting to the point.

From the way things are currently going for me irl (which is to say rather poorly) I likely won’t be getting a new computer for a long, long time. So much so, that I have no doubts I’d be pretty much incapable of reintegrating myself into PAC even when I /did/ manage to get one. Being gone a couple months is one thing, but a lot can change in just a year. If I may be honest, I’m highly uncomfortable with essentially starting from scratch, not knowing anything about anyone, when I was once so used to being around for everything. I guess that’s a bit spoiled of me, who knows.

And, well. My interest in pokemon in general has dwindled a lot.

If I ever finally finished ryn’s nuzlocke, it’d only be out of obligation than out of a genuine desire to play the game. And I have pretty much no chance of getting ORAS any time soon, so Cam’s essentially nonexistent, and any plans I had for her have already gone down the drain for a lot of reasons entirely beyond my control. Which… kind of makes me realize that even if I wasn’t primarily put off simply by my inability to keep up with everything and everyone anymore, it just doesn’t seem like there’d be much for me or my muses to come back to, anyway, as far as I’m aware. Which I’m aware is pretty much my own fault but. Shrugs.

All that being said, I’m sure I’ll still occasionally pop up on Clover/Kylie's blogs via evoo based mini rps like this, if only because I do still enjoy the ship and Ryn’s character. And hell, we put too much work into evoo to just break it up after a couple months. But I don't plan to get any more involved beyond that.

Anyway. It’s been real fun, PAC, and I hope everyone (old and new) continues to have that fun. But I’ve honestly felt disconnected from everything for way longer than it may seem from hiatus alone, and I've decided that it's likely just time for me to move on as much as I can.

Who knows.. Maybe a miracle will happen and I’ll suddenly feel comfortable and confidant enough to come back someday.

But for now, I'm afraid this is goodbye. }}

Back to Square One [One-off]

Today was Ryn’s Birthday, and Clovis, still grounded, had few ideas as to what to get Ryn, and how to go about doing it.

They…they were dating now, right?  That hadn’t changed in the long time they hadn’t seen each other….right??  He was very worried, and highly frustrated at his parents.  He just had a broken arm, it was no big deal….or, at least, that was what he told himself.

An Admission [One-Off]

The blank walls.  The buzzing of the lights.  Silence, save for the sound of breathing.  Clovis had been in the middle of this for what had felt like forever and a half, unable to do anything but sit on this hospital chair.  A broken arm, and a concussion, that’s what he’d gotten.  Not enough to put him in a bed, like Xavier, but enough that they recommended he sit and rest for a while, and try not to do anything mentally or physically straining for a few days at least.

The painkillers were making his mind dull, like there was a wall in front of it, but at least he couldn’t feel the pain too much, he supposed.  For the umpteenth time, he wondered: when would Xavier wake up?
