“Sir Nicholas Winton saved 669 Jewish children during the Holocaust. During a televised special, 50 years after the war, Sir Winton was shocked when the program’s host asked all in the audience who owed their lives to him to stand. Everyone around him stood up. He had had no idea that he was surrounded by the children he had saved.”
Crying right now. Wow. Amazing.

Skills and Knowledge
I learned the necessary skills from previous positions from abroad. at 18 I went to Scotland to work on Orkney Island. With this experience, I learned how to be independent, work under stress and think strategically. After my experience in Spain, I took away how to communicate with demanding customers, how to have time management compared and prioritize tasks that are required of me. During the student brigade of 2018/2019, I learned how to create a protective mechanism, how to be stress-resistant, how the hotel corporation works and how to systematically layout work and realize how important it is to have a job that we enjoy and fulfil. I've seen a number of motivated women who have families and work from 9-5 for decades. Thanks to the fact that I started to realize and perceive where I am going to be in a few years, I started to devote myself to passive acceptance and a study on investment in cryptocurrency. It's a long-distance run, but I believe it's one of the things that can help a person not to live a so-called rat race. I would say that at my age I have quite a lot of character traits to work that requires a lot of effort and stress resistance. In terms of theoretical knowledge, I have knowledge of art, world affairs, film, photography, marketing in a digital age, American history. In my free time, I devote myself to many things, mostly it is photography, but also what is being discussed at the OSN or how marketing works in big companies. There's a lot. In terms of skills, I have basic knowledge of Adobe package programs, Microsoft office, Google ads. I have more advanced skills in photography, but I am weaker in filmmaking. What I need to work on is Adobe Premiere Cut, expand graphics skills, create a photo portfolio and be more interested in the financial aspect of film and TV production. Another of my goals is to learn French more and potentially add another language.

Internships
As I mentioned in the previous article, the number of years of experience is not so substantial. The size of companies and their structure has similar requirements. The main ones include having professional knowledge of programs like Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Cut, Microsoft Office package and more. Have a certain portfolio for the selected position. Many personality traits and acquired skills are essential. Everything mentioned requires many years of work and effort. When is it best to collect experience and develop a personality? Start as soon as possible while studying and don't wait for anything. While I study I want to collect experience from this industry and from abroad, so I applied for an internship in London at the Czech Center as an assistant in the production of cultural events. The internship will help me gain experience from a government organization and expand production horizons. After returning, I would like to find a similar internship offered by TV NOVA, but I would like to apply for an internship at Czech Television, but it, unfortunately, offers an internship only to students who already have a bachelor's degree. Among other things, I think about production companies that offer students a job. After finishing the second year, I would like to go to the USA again, but probably not for a job, but for an internship. A student from the Czech Republic can arrange internships on his / her own, but he/she can find an appropriate agency for the visa. I am considering an internship in the Czech Center in New York, which offers a similar position to the Czech Center in London or more demanding internships in companies like LiveNation. After returning, I would like to work in the Czech Republic and follow my career plan. After graduating from Prague College, I would like to continue my master's degree, especially in the US and I choose UK as a Plan B. It is essential for me to find a part-time job in a company where I would like to stay after my studies. It is often offered a full-time position right after college. During these years I want to devote time to myself and I am going to develop it in the next article.

Personal career goals
Getting a creative director's job requires years of experience and skills. After graduating from a college (BA), a student cannot expect high positions in film and television companies. Since I am a student in the first year of creative media production, it is necessary for me to get work experience. So far I have worked at the corporate hotel company Four Seasons. Initially, my main motivation was to make money. I didn't take it as a building pillar in my career as a filmmaker. I enjoyed work so much that I thought I'd change the field of study at university. I think I needed to set priorities and career goals and this work helped me. Staying in the film industry, start collecting experience while studying, completing internships abroad and in the Czech Republic and finding a student job in this industry. The position of creative director, it is not the only position that interests me. I have been photographing for many years and I would be also happy to work as a photographer in the film industry, The organizational and financial aspects of the film are both close to me. I cannot clearly determine whether my career in the future will resort to this position. I know for sure that it will be in the film industry. Before I describe and map career goals, I would like to mention that I do not want to stay in the Czech Republic. I work abroad every year during the summer holidays. This year I'm going to New Jersey for 3.5 months. It is an adventure for me to travel and discover a new culture and people so I would like to continue to study in the USA after Prague College. (I am aware of the financial aspects of studying in the US, sometimes even a scholarship is not enough to cover the studies, but I will not include this in the article.) For this reason, I will describe career opportunities in the US. The film career opportunities in the US are much more available than in the Czech Republic. The film business there is a huge money maker and for that reason, we can't compare it. As you can see in the requirements (job offers) in California it is necessary to have several years of experience work history in this field. It does not matter if it is a small company or a huge corporation. Please follow the next article which will describe personal career plan.

Diana, Princess of Wales (1st July 1961 - 31st August 1997)
No one who knew Diana will ever forget her. Millions of others who never met her, but felt they knew her, will remember her.
I, for one, believe that there are lessons to be drawn from her life and from the extraordinary and moving reaction to her death.
I share in your determination to cherish her memory. - Queen Elizabeth II
