The best thing you can do to get better at makeup is just PRACTICE. Sit in front of a mirror and follow make up tutorials on youtube from beginning to end. Even when you aren’t leaving your house, do your makeup until you’re proficient at it. Of course there are better products than others, but once you have the skills, even dollar store makeup can look good.
