why do ppl care abt the authenticity of a mexican fast food restaurant here. we're in australia

the problem to me is that youre not just irritatingly ignorant, youre unfunny

americans will see a post critiquing the american-centric experience and rather than understand the post is talking abt them specifically will instead go "wow, i thought yank meant something different! wink! this is a niche reference to the american language" or "actually, marvel movies ARE the only american movies >_< you guys with ur foreign films are so lucky", or "actually what IS the southern hemisphere? whats a kilometer? haha... im so dumb!!!"

the thing w people criticising a huge and oppressive majority is that they have heard everything before. your 'im a silly dumb american' jokes have been said before (looking in the notes is an echo chamber!). everyone knows abt ur excuse of living in the american school system and being in Ignoranttown, Statesville. everyone knows that america is large with a lot of distinct areas.

Omggggg just started watching foreign films! Starting off with what's supposedly really big over there. So far, these marvel films are really interesting. I wonder if all American media is like this... Really seems heavy handed on the industrial war complex and maintenance of the status quo but that's just their culture. I wonder if there are any big actors in these movies. Haven't heard of any of them. Watching and learning
