I like to sing. I like to dance. I like musicals and little sparkly things and telling stories with my friends. I’m not supposed to be thinking about war, or nukes, or how close we are to ending everything. I’m not supposed to be checking the news every morning to see if I still have a future. I’m supposed to be thinking about school plays and sleepovers and growing up. I’m scared. I’m so scared. I want to grow up. I want to live. But I don’t think I’ll get to. Not with the way things are going. Because instead, I get to sit here and watch the world burn because the 81-year-old president we re-elected couldn’t keep his shrimp dick in his lacy pink panties long enough to prevent global collapse.
