I'm getting old and my diabetes doesn't just disappear with medication so I am back on track with a whole food diet (no animal products either). I also do intermittent fasting. Shooting video with Wally and Elyse moved to Friday. That gives me a few extra days to get the shoot more planned out. I'm going to use 3 cameras and an audio field recorder. I will be doing a video on drum mic placement and sound check. I'm excited to here what Wally and Elyse are working on musically !!! I use a camera stabilizer called a gimbal. It is the Zhiyun SmoothQ and I love it. Finally no more shake video footage. Before this thin I shot hours of unusable footage.
