One really obvious sign a pup doesn't like a food is them closing their eyes. With the tundra pup from the Pups+ mod though, their eyes are always closed, so you can't use that to tell. There are other signs though!

When a pup eats a food they like, they jump around in excitement! it could be harder to notice if they're jumping for other reasons like climbing a slope, but in most situations it stands out

If a pup doesn't like a food, they shake their head

Rotund pups have a similar problem where they tire themselves out when they jump around

apparently, if they really don't like the food they might spit something out like Gourmand does
