I LOVEE THESE KINDS OF QUESTIONS I use krita - brushes I use are a mix of Deevad, basic brushes, and some custom brushes (though idt I've super used those yet for the art I posted here!!) The ones I mainly use for digital doodles are Deevad's basic oval brush and Bristle Tilt Modeling!! basically a round brush thenn a rlly yummy texture blocky one with some tilt going on :DDD

that's basically it!! my custom brushes are just for extra texture when I render or make drawing pearls/beads etc. a lot easier,, learned the hard way from doing some comms,,, rendering's just a lot of scribbles and a dream

the gwent breakup in action and early avtion in general is some of my favorite parts of the show. I honestly love the gwent breakup bc it's realistic, even if handled poorly.

gwen misunderstanding trent's obsession with the number 9 and not communicating is so in character for her bc she often jumps to conclusions and is worried about her own image, despite not being the perfect person. it's hard to maintain your reputation like that on reality tv or after the show. it is canon that she actually never wanted to be on the show and she wants to live a normal life, but she's forced into this spot in which she has to care about her image because if not, everyone knows the bad things she's done. she wants to make the right descisions, she doesn't want to date trent anymore (not just because of the nines, but his other behavior. he wasn't innocent!). but how can she put that nicely? she tries, and she fails. she makes a bigger spectacle of herself by making a deal with the grips, and majorly fucked up.

and trent's reaction was valid too. yeah, initially after the breakup he doesn't seem super upset. he knows that he did some strange things. but he's only human. he obviously loved gwen a lot so he's reasonably upset. and when he hears the breaking point was something completely unrelated to her? of course he's bitter. people tend to remember the ends of things much better than the middles, so what he remembers gwen breaking up with him because of the number nine.

I do wish they made up later instead of casting trent aside and making him act crazy constantly. yeah he was eccentric in action, but he was still more normal than a lot of the rest of the cast. if fresh tv robbed us of two trent-related things, it was a. trent in the bike episode (have you read his tdi bio? he wants to build bikes for a living for god's sake), and his place in world tour (idec if he was an early boot or brought back and kicked off, dude had to sing).

but yeah that's my shpiel. idk how to spell that word. in short I like the gwent breakup bc it shows us how both characters are more than just each others' love interests, but have their own flaws, quirks, and perspectives.
