Concept: going on an ice skating date together on an open-air rink. Grinning and laughing, grabbing onto one another as we wobble around the edge, out of practice. Our gloved hands intertwined as we gain confidence and skate a little further into the middle. Toppling over and dragging each other down with us, laughing at our clumsiness. Cheeks flushed from the cold, bundled up in soft scarves and warm coats. Taking a break leaning against one another, sitting at the edge of the rink watching the other people skate around and around.
